Max Denbigh (C) is the head of the joint security service. On the evening of his new global intelligence network coming online, he walks into the Centre for National Security through an unattended and apparently unlocked front door, with no ID and no-one around, into his unlocked office, to his personal computer, which has his username and password already pre-populated (it could be argued that M arranged all this, but why would he, and C does not seem to regard any of it as out of the ordinary or worthy of caution). Q didn't need to hack into the "impenetrable" computer system. Anyone could have just walked in from the street and used C's personal computer.
SPOILER: The villain in the backseat of the SUV with Madeline, who she sticks with a syringe, is credited as "Syringe Heavy".
