With the 2011 2-minute short film "Making Friends", director and writer Michael Dougherty adds another very brief chapter to his Halloween movie "Trick 'r Treat" from 4 years earlier. In this one here, the male protagonist literally makes a new friend Frankenstein manner and in the end they hold hands and go out together. That's basically all there is to it. It's not a bad film by any means, but also does not have anything new or exciting because of which I could recommend these 2 minutes. An okay watch during Halloween and with such a runtime, you really can't do much wrong anyway, even if you don't like it. Which pretty much describes me. Nothing memorable to see here and I don't recommend it.
