In the opening village "Bonjour" sequence, Belle buys a loaf of bread, places it in her pouch, and a few scenes later it is gone. This is due to a deleted scene where she gives Agathe the loaf of bread.
In the closing credits, the film title and crew credits come with a French subtitle to homage the French origins of the fairytale.
