Blue van vehicle registration begins with W when stolen but is M reg later.
In the opening chase sequence, the cabbie's license photo appears on the screen before Quaker Wells has finished entering the plate number. When he finishes typing it in, the license is shown again as Wells reads the name.
At 1:17, Jericho is being shown how to play a piano. Emma tells him to put up his hands on the keyboard, and he mimics her by using his right hand. The shot cuts to show her hand guiding his left hand to the keys, then back to show his right hand on the keys and his left hand back on his lap.
When Jerico woke up in the morning on the couch, the white pillow below his head was perfectly clean. Seconds later when Bill's wife came in with the coffee, the pillow now had blood stains.
When the agent is thrown through the windshield during the car accident, he is shown in the overhead shot to be thrown about twenty feet in front of the car, out of the light of the headlights. In the next shot, shown from ground level, he is only about three feet in front of the car, and well illuminated by the headlights.
Billy effortlessly carries $10 million in cash in a medium Dunhill bag. In reality, $1 million in $100 bills (the largest US currency denomination since 1969) weighs 20.4 pounds. So $10 million would weigh over 200 pounds and would require about 10 of the bags he used.
It is a physical impossibility to remotely launch a missile from a submarine.
It literally takes several different safe combinations, known to several different officers, to get the dozen or so physical keys that are then inserted and turned in a dozen different locations.
The sub also needs to go through specific evolutions to prepare for the launch of a missile, such as mandatory depth, speed, and trim limitations, not to mention the launch control must sequenced specific buttons and switches in specific ways at specific moments in a countdown process that takes AT LEAST 12 minutes to accomplish once power has been applied to the launch systems.
It would be IMPOSSIBLE to simple press a button on a remote computer and have a ship launched missile OF ANY KIND fire within seconds of a cold start.

When Bill Pope is attempting to evade his followers he gets in taxi cab and gives the driver directions then hands him a phone with the GPS activated. In London, where this sequence takes place, all Cab drivers are required to memorized all the streets in the city, so the cabbie would not have needed the GPS and also would not have taken Bill Pope to the wrong location and have been confused about it when they arrived.
Jericho cuts himself on a piece of glass from the side window of a fairly modern taxicab. Side windows are made from tempered glass, and shatter into little pieces when broken. There wouldn't have been a large piece sticking out for him to cut himself on.
The missile that leaves the silo at the end is different than the one that is shown in flight that takes out the Super King Air. It is referred to as a cruise missile, but cruise missiles have fat, rounded bodies and a stubby little wings. This was a non-winged, slender missile. In addition, the launch facility was for an intercontinental ballistic missile, and not one for a cruise missile type.
Also, the missile travels from it's launch point to impacting the target in 90 seconds. Thus, it traveled at an average speed of 40 miles per minute, or 2,400 miles per hour. Cruise missiles have a maximum speed of 550 miles per hour.

When the Doctor orders 150 mg of Hydroxyzine be given to Jerico while in the aircraft, the attendant that gives it as an IV push. This is evident by the immediate reaction to the drug by Jerico and by the fact that the syringe has no needle. This may be considered a mistake as, in common clinical practice, hydroxyzine is given intramuscularly (IM). The reason for this is that IV injections of the drug can cause hemolysis and local tissue necrosis. Given the setting, the medical team likely had few qualms about such side-effects and preferred the IV route for its rapid and reliable drug delivery.
When the Dutchman looks at the code from Wormhole, he is in fact just looking at a scrolling file system directory listing. It lists among others: Internet Explorer, Safari, and Mario Paint.
The final car chase is done on a closed track. Some of the corners are quite visibly banked. Public roads aren't banked like that.
Around 01h40m, when at the CIA office is listen to some TV news about the aborted missile launch near the Portugal coast, you see two TV screens, one with President Barack Obama and another with the ex-Prime Minister of Portugal, Pedro Passos Coelho. At the filming release dates in February 2016, the Prime Minister of Portugal is Antonio Costa, since November 2015 and not Pedro Passos Coelho.
During the interview with Heimdahl, when the journalist ask, "And that's what you really want here? Worldwide revolution?", there is a Media Player bar at the bottom of the screen.
During the mind transfer sequence, soon after Jerico shows signs of instability, the monitoring equipment shows discordant information between the, otherwise synchronous, patient electrocardiographic (EKG) and plethysmography monitoring signals.
When Dr. Franks asks the assistant the hit Jerico with "A hundred and fifty CCs of [drug name]", the assistant grabs an already filled syringe, implying that it was anticipated this might be used. Therefore, Franks would not have to state the dosage, just name the drug or ask for the syringe.
When Jericho gets in the builder's van and is driving away the radio is playing radio 1 which is at FM: 97.6 MHz - 99.7 MHz (UK)[1][2]
97.1 MHz (Jersey).
But when we see the radio its on kiss 100.
When Jericho is transferred from prison to the Airport (in America), the helicopter's registration starts with the letter 'G', which means that the helicopter is British.
When the A400 lands bringing Jericho to the U.K., the caption states RAF Lakenheath, Suffolk and the Aircraft lands on Runway 26. Lakenheath does not have a Runway 26, however St Athan, which IMDb shows as a filming location, does. The A400 is clearly, then, landing at St Athan.
Dr. Franks and Jericho are able to have a somewhat lengthy conversation, even though Jericho has just been sedated with 150 milligrams of intramuscular hydroxyzine, which is at least five times the usual dose. 25 milligrams of I.M. hydroxyzine, being the usual dose, makes a person very drowsy and disoriented, and can affect short term memory, making it somewhat difficult to carry on a conversation. So someone that has just been given 150 milligrams would pass out in a matter of minutes, and before hand they would be so disoriented they would not be able to carry on a conversation.
Jerico has the operational awareness to lock out his colleagues while using the CIA's IT system, but did not log out when he leaves.
Also, instead of reaching out to internal IT to unlock access or get an log of what Jerico was doing, the agents decided to physically travel to the library (counting on Jerico to not log out?).

When Jericho rams the BMW X5 with his ambulance, the X5 is heavily damaged, with a collapse of the left hand side of the car. The ambulance however, only has minor dents in its bonnet (hood) and front bumper.
When the first ballistic missile is fired from the submarine, the officer in charge refers to it as a "fish'" A fish is Navy slang for a torpedo. The torpedo runs in the water just like a fish, thus the name. No submariner would ever call a missile, such as the UGM-133 Trident II being fired here, by that name.
The Dutchman is clearly not Dutch. His accent is way off, and he mispronounces his own last name. Strook in Dutch is pronounced as the English "Stroke". Strook pronounced as in the movie would be "Stroek" in Dutch.
The woman at the counter in the library sends Jericho to the 4th floor, while in fact she is British and would therefor refer to it as the 3rd floor, not the 4th.
After what happened in the previous secured (caged) car, there is no way Jerico should have been allowed again at the back of a (regular) CIA SUV.
When the Doctor gives Jerico the oral medication while leaving the facility after the surgery, he calls it a "vessel dilator." The correct term is "Vasodilator."
