Behind the desk in Cottonmouth's office is a very fancy type of flat panel TV that actually mechanically extends from the wall and flips the screen so that one side is a TV monitor while the other is a painting or some other form of art. In some scenes throughout the first 6 episodes or so, there is a small black reading lamp that appears only when the "art-side" is facing out, almost as if the set dressers forgot there was a TV on the other side and that the lamp would have been knocked over if anyone ever turned on the TV.
The thumb drive that Luke Cage gives Claire, which has Reva's data on it, is a different one than the one given to him by Jessica Jones (and also shown earlier in the Luke Cage series), which is bright yellow in color and has rounded edges.

Misty Knight's robotic arm might allow her to grip objects (and people) with superhuman levels of strength. However, since nothing was done to reinforce her spine and the muscles of her back and legs, she could exert the types of force shown in the series.
