Sam, Dalton's closest friend, ignores the warning signs, tags along for the ride and finds herself the only person left alive after a night of gruesome events.
- In the sleepy neighborhood of a rural Southern town, a group of 20's somethings have a run in with a strange seductress. She is Irene Good, rumored daughter of Sarah Good of the infamous Salem Witch trials. The back story: Sarah had two daughters, a 5-year old and an infant. It is well documented the 5-year old was killed with her mother at the time of her execution, but there are no records on the fate of the infant. As the story goes, the infant was stolen away by local slaves akin to Tibutha, the voodoo practicing slave who hung along with Sarah, for the sake of sparing her life. As the child, Irene, grew her talents in the spirit realm became pronounced, her vision more clear. Finally on her 15th birthday, Major, a leader in the community of slaves, demanded that she leave their grounds as her light had become filled with darkness and her energy had turned evil.
Over the years Irene never wanted for anything, her confidence grew. She was the envy of all women with her natural youth, beauty and prosperity. But her unique talents and lineage drew the interest of a particular secretive group -- the Illumanati, a group her mother helped to expand into the North Eastern borders of the country during the war. Irene formed an allegiance purely out of self preservation in avoiding the ire of the elders, who saw her unchecked gifts as a threat to the common goal of the N.W.O. Thus, she was granted permission to continue her lifestyle as she pleased but at a steep price; every 50 years when the Earth's axis tilted closest to the moon, Irene would be required to sacrifice a group of youth to the dark deity known as the Baphomet, representing all the carnal desires of mankind and worshipped by the occult. Irene obliged the elders with the assistance of a spirit she was given authority over, the one she called the Dark Shadow, who would ultimately do her evil bidding in her time of need. At the completion of each sacrificial ritual Irene's spiritual prowess is restored along with her youthful appearance...for another 50 years.
Prosper is a modern snapshot of Irene baiting a group of kids into what they think is a séance but in reality is a dark ritual designed to drain the life from their bodies, and render their souls to darkness forever -- all while she is made anew in the process...pure evil
