High school student Kotoro Satomi decides he wants to live on his own so finds the cheapest room available; Room 106 of Corona House. It is of course cheap for a reason; there is a resident ghost; Sanae. She isn't the only supernatural being drawn to that room, there is also Yurica, a magical girl; Kiriha, one of the subterranean Earth People, Theia, a princess from the planet Fortorthe and her servant Ruthkhania. They are each determined to stay in the room so they all end up living there despite its small size. At first they don't get on but over the course of the series they get closer and ultimately become friends. They must also confront others who wish to take over the room due to its magical properties.

This is a fairly light series; fun but ultimately fairly forgettable. The set up works nicely and the characters are likable. It also doesn't feature the fanservice one might expect from a series about six girls sharing a room with a boy! The character designs are nice but not particularly different from other similar series. There are some decent laughs to be had along the way; many from the running gag where everybody thinks Yurica is just cosplaying rather than a real magical girl! Overall this is a fun little series that passed the time nicely.
