During the first scene where Baby gets coffee, the Barista takes his order, then his name. When they call his name for his order pickup, he places his money on the counter, yet at no time does the Barista give him the total, and most coffee shops require payment before even making their order. (Though it should be noted that Baby seems to pay for everything with a $20 bill and doesn't wait for the change.)
At the end of the credits the sound of an engine revving is heard.
