Agnes is now gone and so is the best reason to watch this show. This episode was the absolute worst. Like a typical soap opera, every scenario brings bad news and more villains and it's getting worse. None of the characters are likable. Nothing is heartwarming as in "Downton Abbey". I am upset because there is nothing good to watch on Sunday night. I love costume dramas from this period, but if the writing is bad, all the beautiful sets and costumes in the world won't help. This show started off like "The Paradise". Both had young charismatic, sweet, pretty, excellent actresses to play key roles. This show has dumped Agnes and "The Paradise" unraveled into a nasty chaos once it became known that its days were numbered.
