caryn71 October 2019Jowan Carbin's directorial debut has you locked in from the start. I saw this film premiere at the New Orleans Film Festival and could see the writer/director had a clear vision in the thriller genre. It hits hard with nerve-wracking tension and paranoia from the start, as we are taken on a bizarre and suspenseful journey to the underground. I don't want to give away too much of the story, but this is cutting-edge independent filmmaking. Really enjoyed this well-directed film with beautiful cinematography and a strong cast. There's so much garbage out there, so this was refreshing to see! Can't wait to see more from this talented director in the future!
