When Leslie runs out of the coffee shop and chases the truck, the location is different of when they are in the coffee shop. From the inside, there is a small concrete wall and a sign near their car : when Leslie stops, we can clearly see there is nothing around their car.
When Emily gets out of the Mustang at the gas station there is a single shot where her white bra is clearly visible beneath her white dress. However, it is not visible the prior or following shots.
When the two girls take gas (near the beginning). They go in the car, and the attendant wipes his hands with a red cloth. The camera moves, and the red cloth has suddenly disappeared.
During the first six minutes of the film, the Mustang passes the same large white building twice.
When Emily is trying to get out of the phone booth as the truck is barreling down on her, her bracelet gets caught on the cord. As she dives out of the way it gets ripped off, a short time later as she's driving in her car the bracelet is once again on her wrist.
The girls are stopped to change a flat tire and the Wrecker is spotted just after Emily loosens the last lug nut. They then run off into the grass. After Emily returns, the tire is no longer flat. That's because it's was very obviously that the evil tow truck driver changed the flat tire when Emily was still unconscious in the grass. She was seen blatantly staring at the inflated tire and wondering who put on the car.
The Mustang has Washington State plates (USA) the speedometer is in kph and should be mph.
After Emily and Leslie get separated in the tall grass, Emily has a dream of Leslie then right after the horn of a tractor trailer abruptly wakes her she sees the truck driving by and as its going by you can see two people in the rear view mirror as she starts car up. at the 53:41. little creepy.
When the tow truck driver backs up to the police truck, two parked cars can be seen in the background with their tail lights on.
(at around 6mins) Just after the opening credits, the shadow of the camera drone equipment is visible on the road - just as the car drives past it.

The film is supposedly set in the United States (though clearly filmed in British Columbia, Canada); the protagonist's red Mustang car has Washington plates, the antagonist's truck has California plates, yet one of the passing trucks they have a near collision with clearly and prominently displays the name 'Winnipeg Motor Express - Winnipeg, Regina, Saskatoon, Toronto'.
