Shortly after delivering a patient to an understaffed hospital, a police officer experiences strange and violent occurrences seemingly linked to a group of mysterious hooded figures.
The hospital used in the film was actually a former high school - Sir James Dunn Collegiate and Vocational School in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, Canada. The school had been closed for a while and was demolished not long after filming was completed.
