A great round of applause for Hrithik "Kaabil" Roshan. From the very beginning of the movie it was a very very emotional movie in fact in few of the scenes tears came to my eyes. Apart from the fabulous acting by Hrithik, the story was good the music was beautiful and Yami Gautam a true heartthrob. Though a bit fictitious plot but some of the things shown in the movie truly reveals Current scenario of our country and has a strong social message. Till the very end of the movie I liked in fact loved the movie. In the Bollywood I would say Hrithik is truly evolving his movies. I just do not want to lengthen the review any further, just watch it for yourself. According to me this is the first movie of 2017 which I loved absolutely and will surely watch it again.

Lets begin with the story, the story is outstanding and very gripping, also the major fact is that, this is unpredictable with huge amounts of twist. Then cinematography is the main plus point of the movie, the director and the whole kaabil team work really hard, and the result is the movie is so logical. You can't even raise a drawback against this movie. Now comes to Hrithik Roshan, in a word , he is "brilliant" , the culminating point of brilliance and purity come as a result of Hrithik Roshan. He is blind but yet he plays with his eyes, so engaging fact this is. Yami is as cute as polar beer, also acts very cleverly, ronit and rohit are awesome too. But the main fact is that this not a sanjay gupta masterpiece, Im damn sure that Rakesh Sir helps him a lot to deliver more promising atmosphere.

KAABIL REVIEW : If you've watched and liked Film's trailer then you will get all expected things in Film just like me. Excellent Writing, High on Emotions, Good Direction, Heart Touching concept and last but not the least Kaabil hits your heart and melts it. Details to follow -
Acting- Let's welcome Very first nominee in Best Actor Category of almost every Award show of next year, Hritik Roshan the man does it again. He proved that when it comes to Acting Oriented films, he's Such fine Actor. It's Not his career's best but surely in Top 5. But we got surprise here, a beautiful lady, Yami Gautam did it and made it Best performance of her career (Not so Big yet) so far. Roy bros are Fantastic. Others are Realistic and Good.
Writing- Excellent ! Such a beautiful script it is which has emotions till the end.
Screenplay- Fantastic ! With run time of 140 minutes i don't think screenplay could have been better than this on the same script.
Cinematography- Good. At some scenes Locations looks B Grade but rest cinematographer totally nails it. Especially in Lightning, Disappearing scenes.
Music - Above Average ! 'Mon Amour' is Average but Choreography is excellent If you're ready to exclude some mistakes. 'Main Tere Kaabil' is the Best Song in Film and it's situational too, 'Saraa Zamana' is Timepass but Urvashi looks hot in it.
Direction- Very Good ! Kaabil is perhaps the Best Work of Sanjay Gupta so far. He succeeded in connecting film with everyone's emotions and film makes you cry at some scenes. Many Expected mistakes and minuses are there in Direction but i don't expect Gupta to work like Nolan so it is Okay. I'm hoping to meet Sanjay sir soon and thank him for Such a Lovely and Heart-touching film.
Final Words- With better direction this Film would've been a Masterpiece or a Classic at least but it fails achieve that feat but still it's a MUST WATCH film for all those who have emotions. Kaabil is Silent message for those heartless people who underestimates Disable people, actually i feel it gives you a social message that we Normal people should never tease Disable people and we should feel lucky that we're living normal life not like Disable people. I'm going with 7/10* stars and i strongly recommend this film to everyone, just inches away from a Classic Tag, still Film deserves to be watched at least Once at Any cost. Thank you Kaabil team for giving me such a Kaabil (Successful) Film.

Awesome movie....Hrithik is back.A smart film well acted by Hrithik ,Yami,Ronit,Rohit. But,the highlight of the film is Hrithik's bravura performance. He is vulnerable as a lover and menacing as a killing- machine. It is Hrithik's film from the word go. He is there in almost every scene, and he seems to be in control of the proceedings. As a person who has suffered and is holding himself back from crying, he has done fairly well. Yami Gautam, like Ronit Roy, is already typecast as a wife/lover who leaves her partner midway. Hrithik Roshan and Sanjay Gupta consciously don't project Rohan Bhatnagar as someone you should pity. This works and you realise this is the story of an underdog you want to win. But you need more than a few 'Kamzor mat samajh' kind of dialogues to completely root for Rohan. Barring the regular approach to filmmaking, Kaabil embellishes Hrithik credential as a fine action hero.
A must watch!!!!!!!!

Kaabil Directed By Sanjay Gupta is an Action Thriller. Script is Well Written With Minor Flaws. Screenplay is Brilliant in The First Half, Second Half is Predictable & Stretched A Bit. Cinematography is Praiseworthy. Action & Dialogues Are Just Fine. Direction is Far Better Compared To Earlier Sanjay Gupta Movies.
Rohan Bhatnagar(Hrithik Roshan) A Dubbing Artist is A Blind Man. He Meets Supriya(Yami Gautam) A Blind Girl. They Fall in Love & Finally Get Married. Amit Shellar(Rohit Roy) Along With Wasim(Sahidur Rehman) Physically Assault Supriya. Rohan Takes Help From The Cops, But Nothing Works. Supriya is Again Raped, She Commits Suicide. Rohan Plans & Executes Something Which is Unbelievable.
Acting Wise, Hrithik Gives One Of His Best Performance, He Does Really Well in Emotional Scenes. Yami Gautam Does Well in Romantic Scenes, Chemistry is Incredible Between The Two. Ronit Roy is Just Fine, Lacks The Depth in The Character. Rohit Roy is A Poor Actor. Narendra Jha & Girish Kulkarni Both Did Well.
Music By Rajesh Roshan is Melodious. Title Track By Jubin Nautiyal & Palak Muchhal And "Kuch Din" By Jubin Nautiyal Are The Better Compositions From The Movie.
Overall A Must Watch For Thriller Genre & Hrithik Fans. Few Scenes Are Memorable, Which Are Beautifully Shot.

It was also one of hrithiks very best performances of his career. He performed so perfectly and convincingly. He has truly mastered it all. Sadly it didn't release in cinema near me else it truly would have been worth the big screen experience. I first watched it on Netflix when it was first available for streaming. Hrithik stole the show completely. I watched it a few years ago and I still remember how impressed I was. Every one definitely should give this at least 1 try if you still haven't seen it. I'm sure 9/10 people will really enjoy it.

Hrithik presents a powerful portrayal of how some parts of society take advantage of blind people. The supporting actress, Yami Gautam, presents a fresh face while Narendra Jha impressed with his acting of the 3 star cop-in-charge - a little different than the usual Bollywood cops. The bad guys are true to usual form. The songs are the usual Bollywood entertainment but nothing to leave any lasting memory. The movie leaves you with a very strong thought about society and will touch your humanity and sense of justice unless of course you are a robot. The end almost descended into the usual Bollywood "dishoom-dishoom" farce but there is a twist to the end. I deducted 1 point for the more than necessary and unreal smiling and jovial faces of both blind actors in the first part of the film. For the last 2 points, the film misses the outstanding and exceptional criteria. It has a certification 15, however I personally feel it should be 18. But that is only my view. Worth watching? Yes.

The story is simple that a blind man takes revenge but with a lot of twist and turns. Rohan, a proficient dubbing artiste and Supriya, a talented pianist--who despite their handicap have a positive disposition towards life. They fall in love and gets married but something tragic happens and their world is destroyed. That's when Ronit Roy and corrupt police officers, played efficiently by Narendra Jha and Girish Kulkarni, drag their feet over the investigation. When the humiliation gets too much to bear, Supriya caves in, leaving Rohan with vendetta on his mind. Here, the film shifts gears and though you know what's next, the cat and mouse game still gives you an adrenaline rush. Every time the blind vigilante commits an atrocity, you whistle in the aisle. The main highlight is Hrithik's performance. He has literally given it all. Yami provides the perfect foil, subtle and super-effective.Technically the film is adept, Thanks to masters like Sudeep Chatterjee (camera) and Resul Pookutty(sound). However Rajesh Roshan's yesteryear hits—Saara Zamana and Dil Kya Karen in their remixed avatars are pale imitations of their original versions. P.S. Its very emotional and watch out for the last 15 minutes
Mohenjo Daro, Kites, Main Prem Ki Diwani Hoon, and Mujhse Dosti Karoge. These are movies where Hrithik Roshan screwed up as an actor.
Following by flawless performances he gave in Jodhaa Akbar, Dhoom 2, Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, and Guzaarish. This one happens to be his best out of the ordinary. So basically he follows a pattern of being good to bad and bad to good.
The trailer was bit underwhelming making the plot of the film too predictable but quite frankly it is a pretty decent movie.
So right now we are looking at a blind man who does voice acting for a living and falls in love with a blind woman who is a pianist and musician. They both have a very happy life even after marriage until one day 2 corrupt men rape the blind girl and commits suicide with remorse of the pain she went through. Then the it seeks revenge on this matter.
The acting was good. Hrithik Roshan gave a flawless performance as Rohan Bhatnagar and he got into his character really well and finally deviated from Mohenjo Daro.
I always found Yami Gautam to be an underrated actress but she was decent.
The Roy brothers also gave fantastic performances and they kept the flow of the film afloat.
Sanjay Gupta directed lots of films like Shootout at Wadala, and Jazbaa. These were very average films. The only issue with this guy is that his direction is very poor. He shoots everything at a 45 degree angle which gets annoying. He did the same for this film. I almost felt that the direction of the film could've been better and also he used too much green screen. Who uses green screen to shoot a Mumbai spot? I mean it doesn't make any sense whatsoever.
Rakesh Roshan despite him being a producer of the film managed to give a good one.
The story and screenplay was good including the twists and references that were made in the movie. The cinematography was decent done by Sudeep Chatterjee and Ayananka Bose. The action scenes were choreographed in a good way.
The pacing and editing could've been better.
Despite its flaws, it is a good film with good writing and acting. This is a cinema worth watching movie.
Box office will be consistent but it won't beat Raees because of the hype created by Raees.
Will look at a 80-100 crore prediction.

Keep in mind following things before seeing this film or any film.
1) Be the director while watching it not the critic.
2) Assume what makers and actors were gone through pressure while making this kind of films.
3) Put yourself in a protagonist. feel what the actor (Hrithik Roshan) is feeling while pretending to be a blind.
4) Don't compare it with any other movie, (for e.g. Can you compare Inception to Matrix? Probably no! every film has its own goal)
5) Rohan Bhatnagar is not Daredevil, He has no supernatural power.
6) And finally the story - You will see it is not just a Revenge Drama, but still it is more than your expectations.
A Final Intellectual Argument
See there are 125 crore peoples in India. If they want to entertain they always choose to entertain first - 60% them want to see trustful actors (Amir,Salman,Shahrukh,Akshay,Ajay and Hrithik). they have already assumed! lets go and see first. Another 40% of people who may be Hollywood fans like level first - They watch only VFX films like (Aavatar, The Junglebook, Godzilla and Furrius 7 Kind) if they can't see perfectness of story while watching such films. they just watching films under visual trusts like VFX. then who are we 40% of people to argue with those 60% who just wanna entertain? (Whatver if actor is big criminal - salman).
don't be a critic be the audience first

It is a great sense of achievement for disabled people who are leading a normal life even though they are facing challenge each and every day. Films like Sanjeev Kumar "Koshish", Rani Mukherjee's "Black" or the recent one "Margarita With A Straw" where Kalki Koechin gives an enduring performance, is one step forward to accept them. "Kaabil" is one such attempt to portray that they are not weak but they are better than us in some way ..
"Kaabil" tells story of a lovely couple, Rohan (Hrithik Roshan) and Supriya (Yami Gautam) whose world are torn apart when few miscreants interfere in their life. Rohan plans to seek revenge on those who were behind his family's destruction.
After a long time, Sanjay Gupta, though borrowed from "Broken", has delivered some sensible film which will surprise you with few scenes. The movie begins in a normal flow where a boy meets girl and they live happily coupled with unnecessary songs causing interference. The first half is hardly engaging but it is scene before the intermission where Hrithik challenges the cops which is outstanding. The second half begins with a bang gathering the steam and delivering it to the best. Though the plot becomes weak in between, it is the treatment and execution which keeps you engaged.
Good attempt by Sanjay Gupta but still could have better. Art direction is fine. Cinematography is excellent. Dialogues are brilliant. Editing is weak which could have improved making it a taut revenge thriller. Screenplay is like a roller coaster ride. Music is fine but except "Sara Zamana", none of them will be remembered. Coming to the performances, it is Hrithik Roshan's show all the way. The multi-talented actor does everything from romancing his heroine, dancing brilliantly and even giving solid dialogue baazi. However, it is impeccable acting of playing a blind man that leaves an impression. What a come back. Yami Gautam surprises you as well with her enchanting smile and outstanding portrayal of a struggling blind person who is suffering in pain. Ronit Roy is wasted in underwritten role. Rohit Roy over-acts.
On the whole, "Kaabil" is a good attempt by its makers. Watch it for Hrithik Roshan as he is not stopping back. Decent 2.75/5

I've probably seen Kaabil ten times now and still can say it's the best movie of 2017 hands down. Hrithik shines bright in this one, only slightly overshadowing the performances of Ronit Roy and Yami Gautam. The plot, storyline and execution by Sanjay Gupta take me back to some of the brilliance he had shown early in his career with Hamesha and Aatish. But Kaabil is the complete Package where some of his earlier works fell short, Kaabil makes up for and then some.

Kaaba - the film pointless. Love - there is something about love, that Hrithik shows with a face a moron ... to kill his wife by rape - could be simpler? Then it would not be an Indian movie ... Again to bring to film young perverts - watch the rape ...? Why the police? Hero - a loner struggling with the system, not just a criminal - a loner ... It must be cool ... The film is an ambitious (as all the films Hrithik), stupid, senseless. Hrithik as an actor - not. Dancing all gold interior - rich ... All that's enough, remember the sick .. It is for Indian viewers from the villages, urban slums, who came to the city to work. but the development in the last century, these audiences today 70% Bollywood called Idiotowood
Revenge is a dish best served blind is the message Kaabil gives. Inspired from Hollywood's Blind Fury (1989) with Rutger Hauer in the lead and even borrowing shades of the Korean super hit, Broken (2014), Sanjay Gupta gives you a Bollywood adaptation that is entertaining and effective. This movie will make u cry and rip your heart out of your body! Yes ,Hrithik is that good! This revenge saga gets interesting and thrilling before the interval....The first half comprises of Hrithik-Yami love story but suddenly a tragedy struck and nothing will stop Hrithik to have his revenge....Make sure u watch this one! Full of heart beating moments and its really a thrilling and adventurous ride! Full of suspense and magic! Watch this movie for- Hrithik's Performance Hrithik Yami chemistry A whole new story Thrills and chills Suspense!Hrithik performance deserved whole three stars out the total ten! Do watch this entertaining and engaging film or you will regret!HAha

Really awful. Don't waste your time. Even if they give you money to watch it you will regret and you will never get back those hours from your life. I could sit and do nothing and I would still be more happy than spend hours watching this "thing". I mean who wrote this? Do they have a mind? Really? And how could these actors (except rhitik) accept a role as an actor in such a ridiculous movie? Are you OK? Please tell me? Why did you do that to us? Why? The writer must be going through his own personal issues while writing this movie script. Seems like Rakesh Roshan was desperate to save his and his son's career and the only option was to direct this hopeless movie with 80's theme and trying to twist it with blind characters. Roshan's are definitely next in line with the same fate as Deol's.

Kaabil has a Predictable Plot with an Entertaining Screenplay.
The best part of the movie is the Romantic Drama and the Conviction of both the lead actors as Blind Persons. Background Scores and Music adds the Flavor to Kaabil's Entertainment Quotient.
Kaabil is start to finish Hrithik Roshan's Movie and after watching the movie its hard to Imagine anyone else in that Role.
In that Sense its one of the BEST of HR's film career.
Watch it for The HRITHIK ROSHAN Only.
P.S: haters should stay away from this movie. Are you listening Ms. Queen ?!

The story is not new to the industry, but the director has coloured it with a decent screenplay. The movie mostly relies on Hrithik and he has given his 100%. His hard work was evident throughout the movie.
The romantic scenes between Hrithik and Yami Gautam were great. They share an excellent chemistry which carries the first half. Yami has portrayed exceptional acting and impresses the audience. The couple looks perfect in songs and romantic scenes.Kaabil Ronit and Rohit Roys as the baddies shine in the second half. The cruelty of their character, the political powers they exhibit, the criminal intents they posses will make them hate. But that's the plus of their character.
Sanjay Gupta's direction adds the additional spice to the movie. Though the movie is mostly predictable Sanjay has made the audience guessing at times. Few minutes into the movie will hook up the audience for sure. The director has to be applauded for smart fight sequences (A little illogical but good thinking), few suspense elements and the romantic scenes.
Though the acting department saves the movie the sidelines cannot be shaded. The second half is mostly predictable and nothing new there. The action sequences are well planned but seems illogical at times, director should have concentrated a little more in the graphics department. Music is not that appealing especially in the songs (The item song, is it necessary?).
Apart from the above the movie has every element to entertain the audience. As I mentioned though it is predictable the screenplay saves the movie. Watch it if you are a die-hard Hrithik Roshan fan, general audience might find it a little average one.
