  • A truly awful episode. The characters are no longer funny, the situations are strained, and it's getting to the point where even the laugh track won't laugh. The show is now all about relationships, and the relationships have become stagnant, unoriginal, and vapid.

The shows are being fragmented into three parts now, leaving none of the parts with enough meat to create a good story. It's happened in other ensemble-cast shows, and now it's happening with BBT.

I have visions of Leonard and Sheldon stumbling upon a secret room in the basement at Cal Tech, and finding a million monkeys on typewriters, knocking out Big Bang Theory scripts.
  • I love TBBT. It's like comfort food, I really loved the first few seasons and it ended strongly. I repeat watch episodes often when I need a 20-25 minute break. But man, seasons 9 and 10 were rough. The jokes were stale, they made Penny and Bernadette moderately unlikable and this episode thinks stereotyping of a foreign Romanian lady is somehow the most hilarious thing ever. Just as a cherry on top (and inconsistent to his character as well) Sheldon tells Stuart at one point that Raj is their least favorite but they can't say it because he's a minority. Sheldon has always respected Raj academically and that throwaway joke is nothing but lazy writing.
  • I feel like they threw Romania under the bus with that extremely bad bit the "Romanian" lady did, everything about it was bad, she acted awkward, and said things nobody ever said or will say, any normal Romanian person wouldn't say those things even if you held a gun to his/her face.

The jokes in general have become unfunny and the show is focusing mostly on relationships, story line is stationary... i feel like it's not going anywhere.
  • The supposed Romanian character was pretty offensive, because beside her name, which is a very basic Romanian name, she doesn't seem Romanian at all. The Russian accent sounds really fake and most of Romanian don't have that accent at all and the way she says only slogans from commercials implies the Romanian are stupid and incapable to learn English. I consider that the character is very stereotypically built and not funny.

Nothing new. More Sheldon being insensitive. Ethnic diminution. Tt he old apartment isn't ready business. Oh, then there is the baby kicking. I don't have much to say other than I hope this has an upturn.
