This is a spin off of yu gi oh so it takes place during the anime. It's just 12 episodes so it's pretty enjoyable. It's just alright nothing comparable to duel monsters 6.5/10.

WillBeatz2 October 2023This Yugioh filler is just as fun, like a lot of other filler. I'm reminded of Noah's Virtual Saga when Yugi and the crew get sucked into another realm, exactly like in prior filler arcs. Although this one is regarded as the worst, I don't think it's all that horrible. I adore Yugioh, but I never actually finished the fifth season when I was a kid, so all these filler arcs are quite interesting. I enjoy that the supporting cast members occasionally do something useful, like Tristan and Tea. When Yugi merges with several monsters, the design is awesome. Also makes an appearance is a character we haven't seen since season 1. It's Shadi again. Additionally, Bakuras' millennium ring is seen. Considering that this is the final filler arc of the season, it is not too unpredictable, but I still liked it. The fact that this arc has its own IMDB page also struck me as odd.

elonmusk-is_a_moron23 July 2022Of all the Yugioh sagas, this easily the worst one. Yes, even worse than the endless Orichalcos saga. Despite being only 12 episodes long, it feels like a total chore to watch.
