The boys go to a scary cabin in the woods to visit an eccentric scientist played by Peter McNicol. They find out his theories are so off the chart that they get scared. Meanwhile, Amy and the girls celebrate with her Bachelorette party. This part isn't all that entertaining. In the end, Sheldon makes a self discovery.

Well, I think that this is best episode in season 11. They must'v read my review of episode 17, where I talked about need for guest stars, shooting on some new location(s) :-) That part in cabin was hilarious, and girl's party was great fun too. Now, probably most interesting question is in which direction Sheldon goes. Obviously he is getting less nerdy, some social skills blossom . Some people probably don't like it, but I think that it is good way, and show can be very funny still, if not funnier. Indeed, hardest part in so long serials is to create something new, while keeping basic idea. This episode was that. Nice work Chuck and Co. :-)

A bit of a different premise for this show (I was surprised they pointed out how long it has been since they took a trip together because that used to be common place on Bang) and it worked.

Not the best actor picked for the reclusive scientist, but he had his share of funny moments.

The Bachelorette scenes were not really for me though.

    Loved this episode.

Having Peter MacNicol was a brilliant move. He played the role perfectly. Very funny.

Surprising decision made by Sheldon. I really did not expect that from him.

The bachelorette party was okay. Would have liked to see more with that.
