Eric is great and holds his own in this show, but Eboni tries to dominate EVERYONE and lead the show. She doesn't give the two guests enough time to speak and attacks them when they do. Fox needs to drop Eboni and Kat. Kat is too dominating also. Keep Eric - he's great and honestly wants to hear the guest's opinions. The show would be much better without Eboni and Kat.

I hope they reconsider and bring back THE FIVE back to the 5pm slot. The ratings cannot be too good; Eboni and Kat are Trump haters and I'm sure they are alienating Fox viewers

What is this show about?What is the purpose? And what does the audience learn from the episodes-nothing but three loud and irritating hosts talking over each other and their guests. -

I don't recall any disapproval to the fact that Obama invited black lives matter to the White House other than to reply that was then. If she didn't find "roasting the pigs" disgusting and the looting and rioting that went on during these horrific times unacceptable,maybe she could find President Trump's response just as forgivable-oh no, she can't, he's white.

I wanted to like this show because I love Eric and Eboni and their ability to engage in thought provoking discussions while disagreeing civilly and respecting diversity of thought. They both also seek to understand different perspectives and speak from a sound knowledge base received from their impressive credentials. Kat Timpf ruins this show and is so ridiculously outmatched, outwitted and under qualified it's cringe worthy to watch...so I don't. She attempts to overcompensate for her lack of knowledge/facts and her inability to seek to understand different perspectives by belittling the guests and hosts with such petulant behaviors as eye rolling, interrupting, shouting, pouting, etc. Incredibly weak and pathetic defense mechanisms that only showcase her shortcomings in credentials, knowledge, and respect for diversity of thought. VERY disappointed to think that Fox News suffers from such a shallow pool of candidates that Kat Timpf receives a job on a show with the words "Specialist" in its title. Never watching this show again as long as she remains to whine and opine with very little substance or depth.

Annoying show.Eboni Williams constantly tries to dominate the conversation by being loud to the point of shouting over the other panelists, and talking over them until they give up. She makes me want to turn the sound down. The other "Specialist" hasn't even made an impression.

FOX news is supposedly a conservative news organization. Having these two liberal idiots trying to comment on the things that are important for this country is disturbing. The FOX executive who placed these two on this show should be fired.

maryaltiero15 August 2017This show is terrible. I enjoyed The Five and looked forward to watching after work. I have given this show plenty of chances but it is just terrible. I have never taken the time to actually write a review on here but I after seeing today's episode... I had to say something. Timf or Tymff or whatever her name is... seriously? She is a joke. She is trying to be funny yet serious.. and is neither one. Today was the final straw when she almost cried over Trump's press conference she was so upset... really? Fair and balanced? She is not even good on the GG show which does not take much. I could go on about Ebony... but more of the same... she belongs on CNN. Eric Bolling looks miserable and us (the viewers) would be much better served with Eric solo.. or anything else to replace this show.
I know I speak for many other loyal viewers... I am hanging on by a string with remaining a Fox supporter~ you guys always preach about the importance of reaching out to the people.. well listen to us and please cancel this show! -

Recently with the removal of Eric Bolling, it is the turd in the punch bowl of the Fox News lineup. Please do us all a favor and remove this trash and replace it with something that resembles a one hour accurate accounting one person newscast with unbiased field reporters and NO PANELS. Take us back to Cronkite, Jennings, Huntley/Brinkley programming. Your ratings will soar.

At least Ms. Lahren as an American conservative political commentator gives a better view of what's happening instead of Kats negative view all of the time. As a previous review stated Kat must live in LaLa land. Time for Kat to go. Bring in someone new, the show is daily losing interest of viewers. But how far is Fox Station going to let it go down before they realize they need to make changes to the hosts

Just listening to how they turn every story into their own personal story and then try to base facts on their opinions is mind boggling and too confusing for me to begin to comprehend. It annoys me how emotional they get on this show. Total lack of professionalism is displayed on the specialist. God forbid any men going on this show who disagrees with the women. Any man who attempts to speak an opinion that doesn't coincide with the women is not allowed to speak. That also goes for the women who go on this show (which is very few) that don't coincide with with the two main (women) host. They also aren't allowed to speak without being interrupted. I just wish they would take their jobs more serious and try to appeal to the core audience. I liked the show when Eric Bolling was on it but now it's like watching something off of CNN. I will not watch this biased, annoying, man-hating, leftist loving headache of a show. The nerdy blonde was taking up for antifa today. What is wrong with these people? I can do a better job than they do. Eboni used to work at Hooters and I'm supposed to take her serious and care what she thinks? A bunch of stuck up women who can't keep a man is what I get from watching the specialist. Have a nice day specialist.

We were loyal "Five" viewers forever. The format, content is pathetic-and boring. Even the guests look like they can't believe they are there! The " Five" was interesting, had 4 separate topics , and kept our interest. We loved " Facebook Friday". I agree Eric is falling down the " slippery slope" and has not used his talent. Many will say " change is healthy" and I usually agree but not this time. The only "up side" is we not longer have " Wine at Five". We go in the pool or for a walk.

The short comments about black lives matter and Obama was weak. Eboni talks as if she is the only one on camera. The fist pump at the end of the show tells me that Eric will not be back. Fox news needs to wake up. Fox should put the libertarian on with Stossel.

All I can say is, I watched The Five since it started. Loved it. Now I have to switch channels at 5:00 because I can't stand to watch the two female talking heads. They will be the demise of Eric Bolling before it's all over. Eric is too good to be stuck with these two. Good Luck, Eric.

nannanhall15 August 2017I thought Fox Specialist News would be different then others like CNN, MNBC etc. Today I was so disappointed when they picked President Trump's speech apart. I watched the other news station and got so tired of brain washing about how our President can do nothing right. I expected better from FOX. Fair and Balanced News.
I am one of the many voters for our President. I am not deplorable. I graduated from a School of Nursing and The University of our state and have been a good Christian,wife, mother, nurse,teacher and friend in my many years. I dislike degrading our President. Lets help him be be the President he is capable of being. We need to remember America is the UNITED STATES OF America. Do we really want to be in another horrible Civil war? United we stand, Divided we fall. North Korea, Iran and Russia, and others are watching and waiting for our fall.
Bring back Eric and Bill. At least they were fair and objective.
I seldom am on Facebook but today needed to let off some steam. Thank you for allowing me to vent.

I'll start watching if they ever put another Conservative in the center seat. Since Bolling left the show, accurate facts relating to the current news of the day (riots in Charlottesville, were not represented despite a lead in news clip form the Presidents press conference was just shown! None of the panel addressed the facts, just the "news" talking points of the day. Pathetic.

Grant dollars were the topic and she, Ebony made it clear that she was in favor of Chicago suing Trump. It was a good episode if they were on CNN.

Still I could not take anymore and had to turn the channel. I will not be watching The Specialist anymore unless they are both replaced. The 5 pm slot is no place for 2 liberals on FNC. I miss O'Reilly!
