I used to watch this in the 90s. Scamper and snowflake were my absolute favorite! I watch this now as an adult with my nephews. The movie is fantastic for young kids and a decently long movie with a lot of penguin facts. The story revolves around a penguin named Scamper who is adventurous and tends to get himself in trouble because of it. He meets a researcher and his dog. Unfortunately, this is the only human he meets that is kind. He and snowflake get lost and end being captured by men who want to sell them to a zoo. Luckily they, along with another penguin, are able to escape and find their way home. Later on those men come to steal all the baby penguins but their actions cause their own demise.
