The short was macabre and beautiful but the best part is the ending! Unexpected! You can really feel the main characters suffering throughout. Highly recommend watching this short.
  • The slow unraveling of the a woman's past is conveyed through masterful conversation and camera pacing. It tells an all too relatable dialogue that defines the perspective of protagonist in this thought provoking short film by Rebecca Schwab.
  • The Knot takes you on along as Eve spirals away from reality and into the dark despair of loneliness and self-criticism. Pacing through her tiny apartment in a manic attempt to soothe her sense of failure and loss, she finds herself in a difficult position. Very artistic portrait of isolation and sadness, with gorgeous visuals and rich with symbolism.
  • Rebecca Schwab (director) outdid herself in this short film. In just a 12 minute short, Schwab was able to not only portray what many of us feel, yet historically were about to feel for the upcoming months ahead during unprecedented times. Her sense of vision spoke to you. It conveyed the emotional roller coaster a spiraling woman trapped in her own apartment, but most importantly, her own head.

The Knot has many layers we all can relate to on some level, unveiling other revelations every time viewed over again... It is A MUST SEE!
