Hansaa - Ek Sanyog is an inspiring and thought-provoking movie that explores the journey of a transgender child seeking acceptance in a world that is largely hostile to them. The film follows the story of Ramanuj (Aayush Shrivastava) an affluent transgender born in a wealthy family. Despite his privileged background, Ramanuj must still hide his true identity in order to prove his 'manhood' and fit into the society. As he embarks on a journey to find acceptance, he reveals the darker sides of the communities around him and struggles to understand his own inner turmoil.
The movie has a strong cast, with performances from Istiyak Khan as Khuthi, Vaishnavi Mahant as Sumitra and Akhilendra Mishra as Amina Bano. The movie also features Mantra Patel as Radhika, Sharat Saxena.
