Tribute to George A. Romero
Asked about George A. Romero, the legendary zombie movie director who died on July 16, "Walking Dead" creator Robert Kirkman said: "My first experience watching Night of the Living Dead was on network television in the '90s... Just to go on that ride for the first time and see what a zombie story could be was amazing. I was instantly in love with the genre and the man, and I couldn’t be more upset about that loss."
