Unresolved Questions From "The Walking Dead" Season 7 Finale1 of 11
Warning: Spoilers ahead from "The Walking Dead" Season 7 finale.
1. What's the war plan?
We're goin' to war! But when? And how? This war between Team Negan and Team Rick isn't going to be as simple as Prison vs. Woodbury — not that that turned out terribly well for our unprepared group. This time, Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) will need a plan, and a better plan than attacking that Saviors outpost without really knowing what Alexandria was up against.
Dwight (Austin Amelio) offered some suggestions — winning over workers, going outpost to outpost. Will Rick follow that plan? Will there be further strategy sessions in Season 8? Will there be more mini skirmishes (featuring more mic drop moments from Shiva) leading up to a giant battle? Will our group attack the Sanctuary, or will Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) attack first? If Negan attacks first, will the Saviors go for Alexandria or try for a more vulnerable spot?
This could go any number of ways, and there's no saying the AMC show will follow Robert Kirkman's comic book to the letter on how "All Out War" plays out. Whatever way they choose, we hope it includes lots of action and a fast pace. Viewers will be expecting that, and won't put up with more delays.
