A lively, cheeky and entertaining number The film manages the crafty trick of making the lead character just this side of unlikeable...boy, does this guy have his faults, but he's a proper charmer too - the lead actor is terrific, and he's helped by a sometimes hilarious script, hampered by a budget that makes Blair Witch look like Titanic...some of the party scenes are so ill lit, it's actually like being at the party, which, come to think of it, is a good thing. I didn't expect much from this, but it was a knockout, and the director takes onborad some serious issues about relationships and prejudice without upsetting the mix...hilarious spoof on Indian films as well. I can't wait for the directo's next, and let's hope he uses the same cast. Wicked
