That Dirty Black Bag
(2022)

Surprised about all the high reviews
Very surprised that there are many 10 out of 10 reviews. Don't know for what. The pace is very slow. The computer generated graphics are average. I stopped watching.

The Courier
(2019)

It all happens in a garage
Most of the movie happens in a garage. Lots of action and gore but the story was slow moving. Total of about 15-20 actors and actresses. Several brute guys trying to kill them.

A Different Loyalty
(2004)

Weak movie
Weak movie. I would venture to say it reminded me of a low budget B movie. I was bored. The characters were almost lifeless, all except Sharon Stone's character. Even though it was made in 2004/2005, it resembles the production abilities of much earlier decades. Locations don't seem realistic. For example, Beirut was the Paris of the Middle East in the 1960's yet was cast as a backward location in a more backward town (not even a city). The clothes seem like they were of a decade or two earlier. I gave the movie a 5/10 and that may have been generous.

The Journeyman
(2020)

I could only take it 22 minutes, then I quit
I wish i could call it a B movie. It was more like a D movie. Everyrthing was weird, pshycadelic, abstract, with music playing over the script and overshadowing the speech. The scenes seemed as if they were spliced together... After 22 minutes, I decided to stop wasting my time and so I quit watching.

Den 12. mann
(2017)

The Human Spirit at its best
A terrific story of grit, endurance, and determination against evil. The human spirit is evident in Jan's own fight for survival as well as in those other Norwegians who risked their lives by helping him in his escape. A good story that reminds us of the unspeakable evils committed against peaceful countries. The movie is long but captivating, especially for those of us who endured war in our own homelands (no matter where our homeland is).

Deadline
(1987)

Poorly made
The movie was not shot in Lebanon and the scenes of Beirut hotels were unrealistic. Slap a sign on the front of a facade to make it look like a Beirut hotel was laughable. Very few of the scenery resemble Beirut scenery. Even the license plates on cars were not always accurate. This work resembles a low budget movie.
