I love Mel Brooks, which makes it even worse that this show is absolute garbage. Through the first three episodes I couldn't even force a single laugh. There's nothing good about this show. You don't expect Oscar quality acting from a Mel Brooks production, but most scenes in this show play out like the individual actors were instructed to overact as badly as they can. I've seen most of these people perform reasonably well in other productions, so I can't explain why they are so awful here.

I would love to know how the individual episodes are all rated 6*+, because I am yet to speak to anyone who enjoys this mess.

With one or two exceptions (basically Beastboy, Deathstroke, and maybe Damien) the voice acting in this film leaves a lot to be desired. Monotone voices delivering rushed dialogue. The attempts at humor feel forced and unfunny. The animation goes from a fantastic scene to a scene that appears to have been animated by someone who has never seen a human being walk before.

As for the story, it's not great. The flashback scene to start the movie feels like it was just tacked on for giggles. Why add an entire scene to introduce Starfire, but do nothing to explain why Terra is supposedly a valued member of the team? Brother Blood can be a great character, but in this movie he is treated like a 3rd rate Bond villain.
