Shut In
(2022)

Really good movie. Lots of fake reviews on here.
I loved this film and the sentiments behind it. Great acting and I never knew Ben Shapiro produced it. But who cares? A good movie is a good movie.

Really builds anticipation well and great character development. Four of us watched it together and we were all glued to it!

Spree
(2020)

This film is uniquely terrible, I will give it that.
Never have I seen a film where I have hated every single character. Now I have. Thank you Netflix for this unique experience.

Truly terrible.

Hillbilly Elegy
(2020)

Great story.
Great acting. Great story. What's not to like?...

I'll tell you what's not to like - the rubbishing of a film for political reasons... Need I say more?

Go woke, go broke.

The Nest
(2020)

This was a great film...
My daughter and I were glued to this film, it was very cleverly written and the soundtrack was cool / complimentary.

My daughter figured out a lot of the interesting themes...

Recommended!

Celle que vous croyez
(2019)

She falls in love with a youth she wants once again
This story is really about Claire and her wanting to relive her youth. About how as a woman as she ages she feels invisible. This is a fantasy erotica; it's all about what she wants to feel but cannot. Very compelling and beautifully shot.

On the Rocks
(2020)

Distinctly average.
Slow. Pretty dull. Just blah tbh. This is definitely the most boring A24 film I've seen.
