Just finished watching this film. I went in despite the bad reviews I read and I'm so glad that I watched this beautifully curated story.

' To accept and be happy with what you actually are, rather than worrying and comparing yourself to others' is all that it wants to say. Some films are to be watched with all your heart and an open mind. Today, we are working mindlessly to present an image of ourselves in front of this world. But in the end, all that's going to remain is the truth. So why not accept it?

The message that they are giving us is so much more important than the minor flaws in the screenplay. I absolutely loved it with all its small imperfections. Go for it, you won't be disappointed.

Just finished watching it. This film is a great reply to those people who think bollywood doesn't make great movies anymore. This one is thoroughly engaging and very satisfying to watch. I wonder why they didn't go for a theatrical release.(Maybe because they wanted to steer away from the stupid boycott campaigns going on currently.)

The kind of storytelling in this film is just terrific. 2 hours 40 minutes is the runtime, but not even a minute feels out of the place. After the first 15 minutes itself, you are transported to a different era. This is the perfect example of how stories about extra-marital affairs should be told. The best thing about the story is that it stays intact with reality. It never feels over the top or unbelievable. Performances, music, set designs, etc. Are top notch. This is a must-watch....

I just watched it. I agree that it could've been better, but it is not at all as bad as many of the critic reviews suggest. This was an above average film that could've been an epic. RK's and everyone else's performances are fantastic. Sanjay Dutt was very good with his psychopathic-like presence. This is strictly a big screen experience. If you are waiting for it to stream online, I would say that your experience would detoriate further. . RK is constantly choosing out-of-the-box projects is what I like the most.(Barfi, Jagga jasoos, Shamshera, Brahmastra and what not) Ignoring and boycotting these kind of films won't change anything. Watching them and giving a constructive criticism will....

This guy is 59 and he's killing it so hard. I just finished watching the film. This one is meant just for the big screens. What an experience it was!!! The thing which I liked the most about this one was that along with intricately designed plane chase sequences, the film is also high on emotion.... Towards the end, you realise how wholesome it is.

I wish I could describe in words what a fantastic film Jhund is!! If you are thinking whether or not to go for it, watch it right now. It is totally a big screen experience. The direction, music, cast, performances are all top notch. Nagraj Manjule is an absolute legend! Now, it is up to the audience to make this a huge hit!! It totally deserves nationwide attention.

Please ignore IMDB ratings and just go watch this film right now!!!! Ignorant people have rated the film 2 days before the release without even watching it.

Coming to the film, each and every frame of the film grabs your attention and holds it till the end. The hardwork of SLB and team is clearly seen. Background score of the film is just fantastic. Coming to the performances, I think we already have the winner of best actor(female). She has completely transformed herself into the character. The cameos were also praiseworthy and impactful. Overall, this is a great film with even greater performances. This is a big screen spectacle that would only be enjoyable in the theatres. GO WATCH IT NOW!!!

I wish I could exactly describe how I felt after watching this film. I have no words to describe this experience. Hats off to the team. You have my heart....

This is an amazingly made film by Amit Masurkar and team. Please don't go into it expecting extreme thrills and excitement. Sit back, relax and savour it like your favourite dish. I really wish that a huge amount of audience watches it and actually does something about the issues highlighted in the film. Stories have the power to shape the society. We need more films to highlight other social issues like this one. Hats off to the whole cast and crew. You did an exceptional job!

Please take out some time from your busy lives to watch this beautiful film.

I get why everyone rated it so low....but it is not a film to be considered as a thriller kind of a thriller.....it is abstract....you just have to flow with it....it is very engaging, imaginative piece of art. I hope everyone gets what I'm saying. Performances were amazing. It's really ballsy how Matthew Mcconaughey and Anne Hathaway signed up for something like this. An immersive experience!!

This film really moved me. The most apt portrayal of a jogta/ jogtin and the malpractices that go on in the tradition. Beautiful story, stellar performances by each and every character make this film an absolute masterpiece. Hats off to the writers, director Rajiv Patil, and of course Mukta Barve and Upendra Limaye, without whom, this might not have been, what it is. Also, great music by Ajay-Atul. If you're thinking whether or not to watch this film, just go for it. You'll get a new perspective towards your life. Extremely inspiring!!!
