Uncharted
(2022)

3 if you compare with original games, 6 if you compare with average adventure movies
I agree with the hate from video gamers.

Bad casting. Mark would have been a better Nate. A solid story destroyed by casting.

Still slightly better than Dwayne Johnson jungle/adventure movies.

Mediocre jokes and action sequences. But good movie for a slow afternoon.

Ambulance
(2022)

Shaky camera and blowing stuff doesn't mean it's action
I had high hopes. Yahya and Jake doesn't deserve this.

The movie is longer then needed. Poor editing of scenes with deliberate shaking and zoomed in and out framing to make it like a fast paced movie, poorly executed and directed.

I had high hopes.... But overrated
Not what you usually expect from K-dramas.

Although good make up/zombies acting, but script was really weak with so many loopholes, and characters with stupid motivations.

Midnight Mass
(2021)

A true slow-burn
I did not go into it with high expectation, but OMG it burns deep (pun intended).

I was really intrigued about the philosophical debates on life, death, re-birth, sins, and of course, on religion. But the horror/thriller part kept me motivated enough.

A good performance by actors, but Rahul Kohli and Hamish Linklater stole the acting part.

I will be definitely check rest of Mike Flanagan's work.

The Matrix Resurrections
(2021)

Better it had been completely rebooted as 7th version of Matrix
I think the studios should have rebooted the whole franchise instead of this movie.

This could have been 7th alteration of matrix with new cast and everything.

Matrix trilogy were trendsetters, I expected better CGI after such a long time. I was disappointed.

Rating 5 only because of nostalgia.

Secrets of Sulphur Springs
(2021)

Kindergarten version of Dark
I guess it's ok for kids, but I felt no mystery or suspense in the series.

In fact, it reminded me of Netflix Dark. Too much similarities with its storyline.

The character of Topher was the only good one, which made me smile. Otherwise, the show is just on borderline watchable, and easily forgettable.

Outside the Wire
(2021)

Netflix need to step up its movies department
Buddha says that expectation is the root cause of sadness.

Action was alright.

Poor script failed the movie.

I was expecting that there will be some twists, but the movie too plain, too much predictable.

I think I Netflix need to step up its movie production department, if they want to compete with new streaming services.

Yeokdoyojeong Gim Bokju
(2016)

Inspiring
One of the best K -dramas out there. Strong message for friendship, passion, family and love. A good amount of laugh-out moments, which are sometimes absent in rom-"com" TV dramas.

Excellent acting by lead actors.

Roboti Aniya
(2017)

More comedy than romance, sometimes silly but fun
A perfect blend of comedy and romance. Lead actors acted brilliantly and supporting cast was all fun. I loved it for the silly but laugh-out jokes.

Saikometeuri Geunyeoseok
(2019)

Exciting Starting Eps, Bland ending eps
The first few episodes had great acting and thrill. Got slow and very predictable in last few episodes.

Above average, But not outstanding in plethora of available K-dramas.

Life is a b**tch, but hey there is is also BEAUTY AND HOPE
If you are looking for lovey-dovey K-drama, this is NOT for you.

The drama shows even if life is a hell for you, there is always someone or something which can make it better.

I was not expecting an emotional and captivating drama. In fact, during this pandemic lock down, this helped me in re-evaluating my own life's meaning and purpose. This drama gives me hope...

Love from Pakistan.

The Dead Don't Die
(2019)

I'm just curious. Why did they make this film?
I'm just curious. Why did they make this film?

Why would you hire such a cast for such movie. I tried, couldn't laugh or cry.

The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part
(2019)

A movie i never knew I wanted! And I was RIGHT!
Tried hard to watch full. Or maybe I compared it to first part. Nevertheless, didnt like it.

Ghost in the Shell
(2017)

Filled in some gaps of Anime Movie, but was not at par with it.
This movie tried hard to get out of shadow of Anime Movie, but failed to do so. I particularly, didn't like Post Modern Tokyo type metropolitan. Dull Colors were not matching with darkness engulfed scenes. Also the stiffed body and walking style of Motoko (Major) pinched me a lot,or maybe it was role's demand. Whatever it was, it destroyed the character. Batou casting and acting was good. Overall, the movie tried to copy the anime but failed miserably. So, if anyone asks me, i'll just recommend the 1995 anime version for watching.

Despicable Me 3
(2017)

An entirely needless sequel
With a few in between good jokes among minions and girls, the entire movie is a joke. I was particularly annoyed by the villain.

Wait for it to be available on your streaming service. Not worth going to watch in cinemas.Just don't raise expectations if you have a plan to watch it.

Transformers: The Last Knight
(2017)

Wish I could put a meme here, showing to avoid this movie at all costs
Well, I have been watching movies in cinemas a lot in last ten years. And I have never slept in any movie. But THANK YOU Micheal BAY! for this honor. Hats off, never had such a deep sleep in my life. Avoid it, if you can. If someone is willing to pay for your ticket, pay them double to get out of this situation.

Lastly, thank you to Micheal Bay for motivating me enough to write my first ever IMDb review.
