Freddy vs. Jason
(2003)

Best film of Both series!!!!!!
I will admit that this is the best film of both of the two series. I am a huge Jason fan but also a big Freddy fan as well. The movie was done perfectly and i take back every bad thing i said about Ronny Yu because he did an excellent job on this film. The death seens were great as well as the back story on Jason. Most of all i like the story and the acting as well. I thought they did very well on the acting in this film but most of all the facial expressions on the charecters were done very well. This is the first time ever in a Jason movie that we actually see some emotion in his eyes. Robert Englund does he's best preformance to date as Freddy Krueger. AS a ture Jason fan i was going for Jason and the ending to the film was great. Although there are some big arguments out there on who won i say it was more of a tie. But we all know that you can't put either Freddy or Jason down for good. Over all i say this film was a great surprise from New Line Cinema and Ronny Yu. Great Work!!!

I give this classic a 10 out of 10!!!!!!!!!!

The Phantom of the Opera
(1989)

Good Phantom movie and Great Horror film!
I am a huge horror movie fan and also a big Phantom of the Opera fan. I remember this film when it came out in 1989 but did not get the chance to see it until years later. I love the 1943 version and also love this one as well. Robert Englund proves in this film that he is a great actor and has moved far beyond his Freddy Kreuger days. This film is also very haunting as a horror film where the 1943 re-make is more of a drama/horror film. Robert is also very haunting as Erik Desller / The Phantom. Tha main thing i loved about this film is the dark and frightening atmosphere that it set out for the viewers. well the rank this film from 1-10 i give it a 8 for sure... Great film for both Horror movie fans and Phantom of the Opera fans.

Highly recomended!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ghost Ship
(2002)

Another Great by Dark Castle Ent.
I saw this in theaters when it first came out and i must say that for Dark Castle's third film it was really good. I think they are denfently on there way to bringing horror films back to the spot light. Anyway this film is really good, not as gory as House on Haunted Hill or as thrilling as 13 Ghosts but this one holds its own as a very good Supsense film with the Horror mixed in. The story is good as well as how thsi film keeps you thinking and guessing as to what is really going on till the very end, Great special effects and the blood or gore seans were done really well. The plot is also very good and i was real happy to see Gabril Bryne on the cast list. Over all i give Dark Castle another thumbs up on a great job.

8 out of 10 GREAT JOB!

Amityville 3-D
(1983)

One of the best in the series!
True! the special effects are not that good but you also have to remember when this film was made. 1985, back then this type of special effects were amazing. The film itself is also not that bad i dont know why most people hate it. It has a good story and some very chilling moments. then you have your sos so moments but you got that with any film. This film is the 3rd in the Amityville series and is the only one that shows us what is really haunting the house. SPOLIER! a Demon that is haunting the house and hides in the well underground. The acting was ok and The Demon was pretty cool looking, it's eyes really scared my mom when we watched it a few weeks back. This film is over all very entertaining and like i said is one of the best in the series. The only ones i liked more than this one were the 1st, 2nd and Amityville 1992.

Overall i give Amityville 3-D a 5 out of 10

The Blair Witch Project
(1999)

This is the biggest joke in horror film history!!!
I remember back in 1999 when this film came out, people kept talking about how scary it was and how i need to go see it. Well being the big HORROR fan that i am i went and saw it. One word, JOKE! i remember when everyone was saying that the footage was real and this film was all real footage of the people that vanished. NEWS FLASH! Bull**** the kids in this film are real actors and there is NO BLAIR WITCH. I cant beleive this film scared people, that tells me that people dont know real horror films anymore i mean what happend to the days of Friday the 13th or Hellraiser, what about classics like The Exorcist or Dawn of the Dead, now there are some examples of true horror. This is a worthless peace of crap that needs to be pulled from the shelves and thrown away forever. This film gave horror a bad name and it is still recovering. Hollywood has tried to make up for it with Final Destination, 13 Ghosts, and Jeepers Creepers but it is going to take a lot more than that. Take it from me Horror fans, Avoid this S**t at all cost!!

A 0 out of 10 for sure, make that a -1

The Real Reason (Men Commit Crimes)
(1998)

Stay away from this!
I saw this film on PPV when it came out. The only reason i ordered it was because STING (Steve Borden) was in it and at the time i was a big wrestling fan (still am somewhat) Anyway this film is you're basic comedy/romance film but really low budget, bad acting and no story. From what i remember you got these four guys who all want this same girl and are doing everything they can to get with her. But that is about as far as the plot goes in this film. Another thing about this film is that this proves that wrestlers need to stay in wrestling and not start doing movies, (we learned this with Hulk Hogan in the 80's and 90's) so my thoughts on this film is that, its a good thing it never went to video cause it really sucks and Sting should stick to wrestling if anything. I give this one a 2 out of 10... Avoid at all cost!
