The Legend of Spyro: Dawn of the Dragon
(2008)

An Adventure To Be Remembered
I remember first having this game on the PS2, but when we replaced it for a Wii, I was heartbroken to give away my game. Luckily a friend of mine who I enjoyed playing the series with kept it and it is here to the day.

When I saw it online for Wii, I knew I had to get it. I bought it on Friday and arrived on Saturday, I struggled not to open it until my friend was here, i wanted a surprise for her.

I remembered not many things from playing the past game, and all the controls were different with the Wii, but it all seemed a surprise to me, Every single chapter is more captivating than the other, the animation is to the point of highest excellence, and the lines are not only strong but emotional. The plot came to life as every single event seemed more realistic. You are not only playing the game, you are in the game.

The flying is something to mention too, you can't fly too high near things that you need to get it you are not in the right position, so everything is a challenge, and a fun one at that. I also particularly like gliding. It can be very fun when you are high up, and the flying is ACTUAL flying, if you've played skylanders the flying in that game is awful, actually, talking about that, the whole of the Spyro trilogy was epic, awesome, indescribable, but sadly followed by Sylanders which ruined the whole game.

Overrall, the plot is captivating, the lines will make you cry, and the game-play will become real. Every puzzle makes you think, every upgrade is worth it, every piece of armor helps, and the final battle will be epic.

Flubber
(1997)

Flubber, the get together, family film.
When I saw the reviews for this film, I was expecting something very poorly made and bad quality. True, for an adult without a kid it isn't ideal, but why buy a film if it has a cover like this when you're not a child any more? Everywhere online it says this is a great kids flick, for families and more. If you're like me and read reviews before buying or renting a film, then you'd know not to get it.

Getting to what the movie is like, these aren't the best graphics, but what do you expect in an 1997 film? The Flubber, Weebo etc. are already neatly done, which I find quite impressive for a film made at that time.

The humor in this may not be the jokes, but not all kids understand certain types of joke, so in the film they just went for the classic 'Bad Guys Whacked In The Face' type. There is no gore or extreme violence in this, everything has a light-hearted touch to it and the flubber truly seems fun to play with.

Robin does do a good job as the professor, making many wacky inventions and always forgetting. Weebo played by Jodi, continues to be the kind, thoughtful person - or in this case computer - that she is when she plays Ariel in the little mermaid.

Overrall it's a pretty good film, not ideal for adults but then why get a kids film?

Escape from Planet Earth
(2012)

Underratted, for the Quality.
I didn't see the trailer for this movie or buy it myself, I got it as a present, and it couldn't have been better! I figure this movie hasn't really been too, too popular because these producer companies are pretty unknown (at least I haven't heard of any of them) and other new movies that have been released recently (The Croods, Monster's University, Despicable Me 2 etc.) have taken the spotlight.

I really don't know why the movie is so underrated, the graphics are top class, the plot is original and easy to follow, and every voice is acted out perfectly. It is perfect for kids, but also has some things for adults to get a laugh out of.

It has a mix of comedy, and also includes those parts when you think that there's no hope, but then something happens, and the main characters succeed! There's nothing wrong with the movie and if you're kids yawned the whole way through, let them sleep!

If you want to, take a look at the 1,2,3,4 star ones, but there's no point in giving yourself a bad impression of this movie. If you just want a nice little family evening on the sofa watching a nice little touch of warm-hearted fiction, you can count on this movie to do a good job. The goodies are good, the baddies are bad, and your day will be perfect.

The Legend of Sasquatch
(2006)

I Stopped To Rate This Movie Halfway Through The Film
I could say all of my thoughts about the bad things of this movie first so you just walk away and never see this trash, but I'll start with what I liked.

OK, that's all the good things (Yes, everything is there.) now the bad things.

The animation is terrible and why there were celebrity voices, I do not know, but I'm pretty sure that they did not expect something so bad! If you are not 4 or under do not watch this movie! This is the worst movie I have ever experienced, it has a weak plot, bad graphics, and Pine Cones that look worse than dinosaur eggs!

If you want to, watch it if it's free but do not buy it if you have not watched and checked if you like it because there is a high chance of you regretting it. You have been warned!

Brave
(2012)

Defintly not what you expect.
When I saw the trailer for Brave, what I had in mind wasn't what I saw. Brave has an excellent plot built to trick you. The Title has little to do with the film, I find it was more about friendship and love.

Even though the film has it's PG bits, Disney Pixar didn't forget to add Comedy and Humour - And this was one of its strongest points. - There is also a lot of magic and mystery built into the film and just like a puzzle it all fits in perfectly.

Finally, the graphics, landscapes and the quality of this film were outstanding! Every day they make things look even more realistic. They say this film took 6 years to make and I can see that all the time the animators, crew, actors, etc. took was really worth it.

This film is sure to amaze and amuse you and I recommend it very much.

The Legend of Zorro
(2005)

Couldn't have been better! This film was a very good reflection of the old days!
I don't know why some people disliked the film? Even saw one person who voted * on this amazingly great film. I totally LOVED it! The action as truly fascinating. How Zorro jumped and fought blended a lot with the action! Very much like Star Wars! The film really makes you feel like part of the action! And the boy I'd call him Little Zorro because he fights just like his father, is excellent. Very talented all of the family including his (as always) beautiful wife. My favorite scene is when Little Zorro rode the steed with ability and a lot of passion, and saved the day! Elena is great and much better then Zorro, because she is a woman and supposed to be the fragile sex, but she impresses with her talented fights! She is also very good at being a spy when she hides her identity, but as usual the bad guy finds out!
