The Army Show
(1998)

Unrealistic Army
Here I was expecting a nice, comedic show based on Army life. Not. Obese Sgt. Not allowed. Soldier with long hair. Definitely not allowed, even if hidden under a cap, one must remove cap when indoors, and another that sleeps with his rifle. All weapons are to be secured and accounted for at end of training. This Sgt Bilko ripoff was not thought out properly before creation. Totally disappointed. With proper background help, perhaps this show could of made it. Fortunately, the viewing public was spared any more humiliating episodes of this trash. Glad not enough was created for reruns. I was surprised it lasted thirteen episodes.

Have Gun - Will Travel: The Lady of the Fifth Moon
(1963)
Episode 29, Season 6

Should of been a comedy
The Americans portraying Chinese in this episode was totally laughable and poorly acted. Why would anyone accept a role in this is beyond me. I have gone through HGWT episodes of using white people as native Americans (Indians), but this one was too much to bare. This episode should be kept in a vault collecting dust.

Shake Hands with Danger
(1980)

Must see for mechanics
I did 21 years in the Army and saw this short twice when changing job titles and it's a must when entering in most fields of mechanics.

The Munsters Today
(1987)

Not bad
While I admit I'm a diehard fan of the original, this series wasn't bad at all. Veteran actors Schuck, Merriweather and Morton were great in their characters. Naturally they didn't copy exactly as the original, but as a reboot it was quite comical. I enjoyed the episodes and acting and hoping some network picks up these reruns for all to enjoy. Yes, the original series was great, but this was good enough to renew an old idea.

Virgin High
(1991)

Lousy movie
I don't know what other folks see in this movie but it generally stinks. I found it to be a good sleep remedy if you don't have any sleeping pills available. Making fun of a religion, in this case Catholics, or any, is typically not amusing to say the least. I only watched it because of Burt Ward. Was curious to see how he acts post Batman. Himself as well as this film was a flop. I certainly do not recommend this trash to anyone.

The Twilight Zone
(1959)

TZ military themed marathons
I would like to see if possible on Memorial and Veterans day's military themed episodes of the Twilight Zone as a marathon. Many episodes dealt with military stories and even vets. Mr. Serling himself was a WW2 veteran serving in the Army as a paratrooper. This could prove both worthy and entertaining. It would do a stations great service to both veterans and those who paid the ultimate sacrifice. Think about it, 6 hours of the best if not all of the military stories being shown in honor of those who served. There's the episode where 3 soldiers are lost and wind up fighting in Little big horn. The episode where a soldier knows who's going to be a casualty by seeing a ray of light over their head. The 3 Air Force pilots that return to Earth only to disappear from life. The Nazi U-boat commander who sinks a liner only to experience their pain. The 3 pilots who land on a planet and later become display pieces. And the guy who read a newspaper article on a bomber plane found in a desert believing he was there also. The list can go on and on. How about it TV stations?
