Darkroom
(1981)

An underrated gem.
The intro for this show has got be one of the most interesting and effect intros ever. The late great James Coburn was a excellent host.

I remember watching this show back in the 80s with my family when it originally aired and I thought it was a very good show. The stories were interesting and suspenseful and the acting was good. It's a shame it only lasted a year. It was always fun spotting the guests who were famous back in the 60s, 70s, and 80s. If you love anthology shows, like: Tales From The Darkside, Twilight Zone, Tales From The Crypt, and Alfred Hitchcock....then you might also love this underrated gem.

Finder of Lost Loves
(1984)

A Heartwarming and Romantic family show.
My family watched this show back in the 80s when it originally aired. It still is one of my all-time favorite shows. The cast had excellent chemistry together and the concept of the show was interesting. This show had drama, comedy, romance and great acting. It was always exciting to see so many guest stars who were popular from the 60s, 70s, and 80s. I wish this show was shown more on television or at least be released on DVD. I haven't seen the show in a long time, but I think it's truly an underrated gem that deserved at least a few more years. It's a shame that it only lasted just a year. A wonderful show.

Alfred Hitchcock Presents
(1985)

Superb!
This is one of my all-time favorite shows. I remember looking forward to watching each and every episode. I grew up watching both this one and the original and, to me, this show is just as good as the original. There are so many great twists and turns that will truly keep you in suspense. I wish the 80s version was shown more on television or at least released on DVD, so it can be introduced to a whole new generation. It's truly an underrated gem that doesn't get the recognition it so richly deserves. So if you love/like the original, I think it will be worth your while to give this 80s version a try. A real classic.

The Twilight Zone
(1985)

Excellent!
I'm a huge fan of anthology type shows and this has always been one of my favorites. I know some people will say that this is not as good as the original, but I strongly disagree. I think this version is just as good. In fact, the 80s version is my favorite. It reminds me of my childhood. It saddens me that this version does not get the recognition that I feel it so richly deserves. I wish the 80s version was shown more on television or at the very least, the whole series should be released on dvd, so a new generation can enjoy it. I don't think they'll be disappointed at all. I found the episodes highly entertaining, suspenseful, and unforgettable. A classic!

Grease 2
(1982)

This movie is HIGHLY underrated!
I have always loved this movie and, for the life of me, I cannot understand why people bash it. I think this movie is very entertaining. It's fun, romantic, has beautiful actors and great music. I think the acting is great also. I think people should give this movie a chance and stop comparing it to the original. Personally, I love both movies and I don't see any reason why both movies can't be embraced. Just because something is the original does not mean it's always better. And just because something is a sequal or a remake does not make it inferior. Why not just relax and enjoy the movie. You will be glad you did.

The Bad Seed
(1985)

This is my favorite version! Better than the original.
I enjoy all versions of "The Bad Seed," but this one has always been my absolute favorite. I thought Carrie Wells did a great job in the role as Rachel Penmark. She is very talented, charismatic, and so adorable. Blair Brown was wonderful as the sympathetic mother who was torn between the love for her daughter and the discovery of her true nature. Blair Brown and Carrie Wells actually looked like they were mother and daughter. Great casting. David Carridine, Lynn Redgrave, David Odgen Stiers, Anne Haney, Richard Kiley and everyone was great. Just an excellent cast. It's a shame this movie is so underrated. I think it should be shown more on television so more people can know more about it. It's definitely worth checking out.

Still the Beaver
(1983)

Excellent! Just as good as the original!
I love this show. I think it was just as good as the original. It was wonderful seeing the old gang back together again. I'm still waiting for them to release this on DVD. It's truly a classic!
