More junk out of Hollywood. Bad script, terrible acting, etc.

The latest iteration with Neil Dudgeon is putrid. It has become so PC that it is unbearable. This series has run its course. I do miss John Nettles, Barry Jackson and the crew from the days of John Nettles. Sigh-the end of an era.

I was a bit puzzled by this series. However, it is a smarter than average sci-fi programs. Perhaps it is too clever for some.

As distant from the cartoons and the TV original that it is unrecognizable. Don't waste your time.

This will be short. I am in my late 60's. I started out liking this series but quickly lost my taste for it. I do wish that Hollywood would not make political comments in their scripts that denigrate conservatives, Republicans, and the like. I have never heard such snide, smug drivel in all my years. It seems to permeate a lot of Netflix-produced shows.
