Fraternization between officers and enlisted is forbidden but they of course would ignore that. Klinger doesnt seem to have any enlisted friends at all though. He even eats with the officers which is unheard of.

I never got the whole BuddyMel thing. Buddy constantly putting down Mel wasnt funny and I'm surprised Rob and Sally went along with it by smirking and laughing. And Mel never defended.himself although he had plenty of ammunition what with Buddy being so short. It was lame. JMHO.

Since she only works intermittently when she has an acting job how does she afford that apartment? wouldn't she need a steady source of income? what don't I understand about this??
