I watched this film short as an HBO On Demand selection. I'd already watched two others, so I was pleasantly surprised at how well this one was done. Even though you know what's happening from the beginning, it leaves you wishing it were a feature length movie. The scenes were beautifully shot and the characters were believable. I felt the anguish of the abused boy/man. So much so that I was angry at his brother. I must admit that even though there are disturbing images, I've watched it more than once. Definitely not for children or young adults. This one, if done with the same care as the short, will carry the NC-17 rating when turned into a full length movie.

The writer portrayed a taboo subject expertly, without being gross.
