PsychoBreak
(2014)

Too hard to be fun..
Again you are before a extremely difficult horror-survival game and you'll surely get disappointed if you're only interested in completing it to enjoy the history behind. The facts are way too crazy for anyone to get minimally involved. But the worst part is that one I said before: even in the supposedly easiest difficulty level, you'll face too much hard work to play it as an enjoyable game. Believe me, I don't often have trouble with advancing in games like these, but this one is trouble for sure. And that's not even good if you're thinking that being hard is a feature that dares the player to play more and more. The checkpoints are pretty rare, so whenever you fail and die in the game, you're set back in like 20 minutes before. So, just imagine that if you fail 3 times, you'll spend an hour playing at the same place in the game and not seeing any new stuff while you play it. For example, you'll get bored like I did right when you reach in Chapter 3… I got stuck there and I've heard and seen many people that had the same problem. It looks like the developers didn't care about players who play only to enjoy a – movie-like game and don't wanna spend a life trying to pass hard levels. They should have followed a similar gameplay difficulty of "The Last of Us" – easy (if you want to), brilliant and it'll even become a movie (that you were not forced to play too much to see the end)

V/H/S/2
(2013)

V.H.S.2 could be split between 2 good movies and 2 bad ones..
This entertaining thriller can actually be split in 4 parts. Unfortunately, only two of them are good, something that should have my rating vote reach nothing but 5, however I'll tell you why I voted 7 for it. So, be careful because now I'll reveal some of its parts to get to the point. It starts with a pretty innovative plot that includes an advanced eye surgery that involves a kind of electronic/digital eye device, and the patient that received it needs to bear with a the sponsors of this project being able to watch everything this "eye" records. He starts seeing weird things. OK. Amazing. The second and following story is also brilliant, considering the fact that it enters a new theme, which is the self- recording (and "selfies" pictures and movies) that people are nowadays getting used to, but in a scenery that things go wrong. Something new and creative, I reckon. It's really groundbreaking to watch form a "GoPro camera" something like a "life in a day of zombie". All good, but…. The next two plots developed in the movie are not as good as the first ones. Not even close. The following one mixes subjects like possession and shadowy cults. What happens is that any of it makes a minimal sense, and it turns out to be something dull. It's more like a bad dream and the spectator can't get inside it cuz it goes way too far in terms of possible happenings in a creepy day in someone's life. The last one is even worse: it's about E.T.s. , nevertheless you can't get scared with the lame and poor aliens it brings to the scene. Right when it should get better and better (end of the movie)! Anyway, its first two chapters are worth to watch and they make the movie a good thriller above the average. And that fact, added to the countless scares it can provide, makes it an awesome pick among the last movies of the same proposal.
