Bullet Train
(2022)

Nonstop action mixed with great comedy
If you want absolute nonstop action, tons of comedy mixed with tons of fighting, blood and suspense...this is THAT MOVIE....!!

For pure entertainment it should get a Best Picture award.

And Brad Pitt best actor.

The First Thing my wife and I said when we walked out of the theater: "I can't wait to see that movie again!" So funny and entertaining.

Sincere thanks to everyone who made it.

Thor: Ragnarok
(2017)

So much fun - watch today and next month..!!
If you want to sit back and have a great entertainment experience, this is the movie to see. We have watched it 3 times so far and enjoy it more each time. There are some really funny lines in this movie. The opening scene where Thor makes the demon wait while he spins back around is pure comedy genius worthy of something the Monty Python men would have written. I can't say enough great things. Please watch or purchase as soon as possible. Pure movie magic. More Thor movies please..!!

Mother!
(2017)

Can I give it Zero stars...!!
There are some seriously disturbed people making movies. I am amazed they can get the funding. I am even more amazed they were able to get FOUR major actors to come on board. I am a huge fan of Javier Bardem and Jennifer Lawrence. I am so surprised they were associated with such a horrible movie. Most bad movies I call "One timers". This was a total waste of 2 hours. Please watch anything instead of this.

The Orville: Majority Rule
(2017)
Episode 7, Season 1

Best TV Episode I have seen in Many Years
"Majority Rule" was so good my wife and I kept hitting PAUSE to discuss how timely, scary and well done everything about this episode was. We think Seth Mcfarland is pure genius for being able to calmly take the current political climate of the USA and the madness of everyone choosing to LIKE or not LIKE everything on our many social media platforms and combine them into a science-fiction script set in the future. Amazing to watch. We will watch it again. My thoughts to everyone calling this a ripoff of some old TV show(s) are these: Every cop, medical, and lawyer show being written and produced right now has already been done before in some form or fashion. We think "The Orville" is the best show on TV right now. We will never miss an episode and look forward to buying the DVDs. Thank you Seth! Please keep up the good work..!!

Arrival
(2016)

Excellent first 100 minutes - the ending was terrible.
Very professionally done, high-quality, entertaining and fun movie. Definitely needs to be seen on the big screen. Special effects were excellent and the sound was amazing. I think it is only a one-timer in the current theater version. I really enjoyed the first 100 minutes so much, really well done. The ending was Terrible, a total letdown. It reminded me of the first time I saw "2001: A Space Odyssey". I hope so much the studio will release an extended DVD version with at least 10 additional minutes explaining the ending a lot better. It would also be nice if they could better explain why the aliens are here at all. It seems like it was a complete waste of the aliens time and effort trying to communicate with the cave-man like human race - compared to their obvious technology.

Warm Bodies
(2013)

Thoroughly enjoyable movie
This movie was a lot of fun to watch. It is a twist on the zombie genre unlike anything you have ever seen. There is nothing too offensive or gory in this - the creators kept it clean and not too scary for a full-on zombie flick. There are your typical shot to the head to kill the zombies but those quick scenes are nothing compared to watching 10 minutes of The Walking Dead or the like. I am always concerned because I have seen so many movies over the years where the creators did not know how to properly end the story. So many movies are great the first hour and then end poorly. I thought this had one of the best endings I have ever seen. Enjoy!

Raise Your Voice
(2004)

totally underrated movie
I do not understand why anyone would rate this movie anything less than a perfect 10. I thoroughly enjoyed the story, the characters were great (all movies make high-end music students look like snobby prima-donnas). I have seen every Hilary Duff movie to date and this is definitely her best work. Compared to "A Cinderalla Story", this movie has 10 times the quality and entertainment value. I thought Terri's relationship with her brother was very moving - and the scene where she first saw his DVD that was sent to the school was very well done - I could almost feel her grief. The teachers were well done. Thanks to everyone who made this film. I will be purchasing the DVD. Remember that Hilary is 16 years old when this was filmed - I look forward to the next decade as Hilary finishes her teens and goes into her 20's. My only complaint about Hilary - lose the fake hair - just let yours grow - it looks better.
