It has its moments but was disappointing overall. I imagine people that have read the original book would get more enjoyment out of it.

Thoroughly engaging and entertaining reimagining of the superhero genre.

I thoroughly recommend watching this film just for the pure experience of it. Best enjoyed with beer and friends.
