Champions Forever
(1989)

This documentary should have one an academy award!
This is one of the best documentaries I've ever seen. Not only for sports fans but for entertainment sake. Both my wife and I enjoyed ourselves in a very unexpected way. It was recommended to us by some friends who said it was brilliant. The director scored it with an original soundtrack and it felt like I was watching a movie.

I think one of the most compelling things about it is how we here the boxers talk about their own experiences and interactions with each other.

The director took us back to the 60's with Ali and all his political and career choices and how it affected some of the best boxers that ever lived.

It is a true must see!

Body Shot
(1994)

Great Thriller. Two thumbs up!
Film noir is one of my favorites and this thriller did not let me down. Robert Patrick from T3 was great as a guy who falls for the wrong woman in the wrong place.

I saw this in the video store and thought I would give it a shot, it has a very good luck, style, interesting shots, great soundtrack.

I wish Michelle Johnson should some lore skin. But I have to say it was very entertaining and worth a view.

The story line leads you around and you have no idea where your going to end up. Very entertaining film.

Check it out.

Code Name: Eternity
(2000)

I enjoyed this kind of new Sci-fi show.
I have always like Sci-Fi and action together. I don't get all the others reviewers at all. It seems to me that they have another agenda, some worked on the show or whatever.

I have always liked a mix of both sci Fi and action and prefer this balance to the old sci fi formula.

This show to me was entertaining, funny, clever and walked that fine balance very well. I agree that the acting was not as good as the story lines or the execution. But I prefer this show to UPN's attempt to bring back any semblance of Star Trek.

We have Invasion now, which bores me to tears. If I see any more actors STARE into the camera after spending an episode finding out that one of the characters is a possible alien I'll scream.

I think Code Name tried to entertain and deliver Sci Fi and I enjoyed it.

Cheyenne
(1996)

Very fun Western. Must See.
I enjoyed this Western immensely. It's clearly a low budget film, but I give whoever made it a two thumbs up! The lead is very funny, like Mel Gibson, the girl, Bobbie Phillips is hot, and it's a Western. What's there not to like.

The plot is about a Woman who leaves her husband because she does not love him. He then hire s bounty hunter to track her down and bring her back, of course the bounty hunter falls in love with her.

To make sure she gets back to him he hires another bounty hunter, MC Hammer as back up with his side kick, a little midget. It's all good stuff, no one makes Westerns anymore, if you want to have some fun and look at Moab Utah scenery which is where John WAyne made all his films, enjoy Cheyenne.

Great popcorn film!

The Lost Angel
(2005)

A good independent thriller.
This film was recommended to me at the video store. I did not expect the film to be this good. I found the story to be very compelling, the acting was good. I read that the lead, Allson Eastwood, is Clint's daughter, you can see the resemblance.

The snow scenes give the film a very creepy element, which adds to the mood.

The violence is not over the top, which most thrillers seem to attempt.

They spent some money on the look of the film. And there is a neat little twist at the end.

I would recommend the film.
