A Brother's Honor
(2019)

My My My
There are no words to describe how seeing the book A Brothers honor come to life, made me feel. Emotions all over the place tears, laughter, shock. Amazing actors who embodied the characters they were portraying there was no Celestine Ray, Jeremy Batista but Jace and Shana. I saw Hannah, Dalton, Caden Jules and Mona. My favorite characters were Mona and Dalton, read the book see the movie to see why my heart went out to them. I so look forward to adaption of A Man's Promise and A Lover's Vow. Thank you Passionflix.

Let the Church Say Amen
(2013)

Amazng movie
Read this book a few years ago, was excited when I heard it was going to be made into a T V movie. The actors and actress pulled you in from the beginning of the story. The movie invoked emotions from angry to laughter I found it hard to keep the tears and bay in the end I found my- self crying. At times I just wanted to slap the father, but by the same token I could see he believed in his heart he as doing the correct things for his family.

The lessons learned in this movie are truly blood is thicker than water, ad when life get rough love and pray will pull a family together only making them a stronger unit.

I hope Regina King will choose another novel to turn into a made for T V movie she brought the essence of the African American family.

The Heart
(2014)

Awesome
It has been years since I read a book and was not upset when I saw the movie. Knowing what was to come next then actually seeing it on the screen came me chills.

When you can feel the hurt and see the pain it become more that a book read or a TV show it becomes real. The characters interaction with each other came across as natural.

Did I have a favorite character? Yes, several of them mother Harrison giving sage advice to her children and their friends stands out for me. She never let her loss, pain or hurt stand in the way of of showing them love.

I am looking forward to the next installment of "The Heart Series".
