Insidious: Chapter 2
(2013)

Really bad
The storyline, script and acting in this film are all so terrible. Allow me to give you an example at one point Rose Byrne's character exclaims "I can't relax! There's ghosts everywhere..it's like we're already dead!" her husband responds "No, it's not! This is nothing like being dead...I know...I have seen it"

I feel like this really summarizes just how bad the film is - even worse than the first one. I do not understand how these films have such a high rating on here. I love horror films but ended up turning this off out of boredom and frustration from having to continually turn the volume up and down when I was deafened by really loud bangs. I feel like there is going to be a third one and I am almost looking forward to it just to see how bad it will get.

Wolf Creek 2
(2013)

Pretty funny
I have seen some terrible horror movies in the past, but Wolf Creek 2…..I can't even fathom how this movie is in any way a feasible sequel to follow up the original Wolf Creek. The movie starts out with promise with the police scene and the German backpackers, however it soon escalates into a bizarre, racist and gory comedy. Mick Taylors character is no longer twisted and mysterious but just a big joke.

It was all downhill from the part where the English tourist escapes from the car chase with Mick Taylor and drives across the open desert throughout the night to eventually reach a road…. where Mick Taylor immediately appears…..this time driving a road train! This Mick Taylor seems to murdering a LOT of people in this Wolf Creek area and nobody seems to have noticed the seedy old bogan driving around all day and night (sometimes in a road train killing kangaroos), with guns and knives in his car picking people up. The chase then continues on foot and even on horseback! With a stockman's whip then being used as a weapon.........

And then the final scene where the victim is able to manipulate the serial killer into showing him mercy by singing old Australian bush songs and answering trivia questions about Australian history…because this crazy old bush man would really know the surf brand Billabong?? I can't even believe Australians made this movie. To be fair I did watch the entire movie so I guess it was somewhat entertaining but not as a horror movie, more as some kind of weird parody of the original….I'm not really sure
