This series had potential as it presented home videos and input from the families of the perpetrators. However, it has significantly declined as the episodes revolve mainly around the victim and his/her life. I find the more interesting shows are those told from point of view of police or detectives.

I cannot understand half of the dialogue. It's either slurred or spoken very quickly which seems to occur across many tv and movie features now.
