Killer Dead
(1992)

Killer Dead-great sequel to Spookies!!!
Killer Dead, also known as Non Vegetarian Zombies from Outer Space, is a semi sequel to the cult classic Spookies.

Filmed afterward, Director Faulkner brings together the cast and crew of Spookies for a new tale of terror--

A group of campers led by mobster Vinnie(Peter Iasillo) take a hike in the woods--to terror!

They come across a crashed Ufo, and a group of aliens--they kill one of the aliens, but the remaining creature devises a plan--reviving the dead as zombies to have revenge upon the group of terrified campers!

The special effects are by Gabe Bartalos, who later did the Leprechan series, the cinematography is by Ken Kelch, who later became Abel Ferrara's favorite DP(Bad Leiutenant)

While on a low budget, it has many great points, including Vinnie's meeting a little girl zombie, dancing zombies, and a funny turn by Thom Sciacca as crazy artist Hugo P.Abernathy.

Due to rights problems, this film was only released in Europe, Asia, and South America.

A DVD release is being planned for later this year. Watch for it!

Jesse
(2011)

Steph F is Hot!
Jesse is a great action flick-Just got it at Walmart-smart sassy, lead actress Stephanie Finochio is hot--former wwe Diva, she is smokin! Also, William Forsyte, Armand Assante(I the Jury) Eric Roberts(Expendables) not bad either--kudos to Paul Vario (just Like Joe)The plot is a simple one--a cop out for revenge against a loved one's killer--it goes all the way back to Death Wish and beyond--but this is handled with style and class-- Fred Carpenter proves he's a master at action directing on a low budget-- he is the Roger Corman of NY!!

Charlie Mantle
(2014)

Great Modern Film Noir!
Charlie Mantle is a wonder--a great modern film noir, in the tradition of Fritz Lang and Elia Kazan--shot on a low budget, it succeeds in capturing the gritty quality of modern NYC. Robert Funaro is great as Charlie, he's a new emerging star--a DeNiro like actor--he'll do great--great Cameos by Armand Assante, Paul Vario, and Sean Young from DUNE--great little film!!

Fred Carpenter's direction captures the essence of the dark side of the NYPD, and he manages to do a out for a little. Fred has been directing films for 20 years, in his back-lot of Long Island, and he deserves some recognition--He's done Murdered Innocence,Small Kill and has several unreleased films including "Shmucks", a brilliant comedy, and The Blue Lizard--Fred should get some respect--he's launched the career of two major directors, and deserves to be called the Martin Scorcese of Long Island!
