+ I think the casting performs well, and there are elements that are good like the scientist, who helps to remember that this is Resident Evil, but in general it misses many elements to make it a good R. E. serie. (I'm talking about songs, cameras, terror-script-oriented, not-fancy-image, etc.)
- What i don't like is to get out from the R. E. enviroment, suposed to be terror and make you feel unconfortable, because it's attempted to make a joke or it's played a song that it doesn't fit at all (very bad choice of songs and moment).
- It's fine when series get deep building characters, but this kind of title shouldn't get focus that much on the teenager point of view. At least there is a lack of interest on what happens in the way how it's explained.
- This is personal, but the way how many scenes are so close of the face it looks unnatural. Looks like an old fashion game dialog, so it gives me the sensation the serie is a product before a new game based on it.
- Another thing as well is that there is some fan service (the chainsaw and all the scene...). Again, this is gonna be wanted then in a year make it appear in a game using the same animation...?
So, in general, the serie doesn't achieve to introduce you fully in that universe because it chains many wrong decisions.
Missing the song of the first R. E. btw. It should has been used.
