Some good, some bad If the police had checked the metadata in episode 1, we wouldn't have needed an episode 2. Let alone 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8. I don't know what the cyber criminal department was up to this whole time. A physical therapist/volleyball coach and some teenagers found out more than them. Sure, okay.
This young, hip dad gives out his password and access to all his personal photos to this random new colleague on his first day because he's "bad with that computer stuff", and we're supposed to believe that this senior lady isn't? That she happens to be a photoshop genius who fools the (granted: useless) cyber criminal department? However, she doesn't fool the dad who was supposed to be bad at that computer stuff? That arc is just all over the place... It's obvious that the last twist wasn't well thought out by the writers and completely rushed, leading to absurd scenes like this one.
I liked the fact that each episode was following a different person. My favorite was the one with the reporter.
I tought the performances of the wife, the reporter and the cop were good.
It still was interesting enough for me to keep watching until the end, I thought I had fun trying to figure out who the killer was but I was obviously wrong every time since it was literally impossible to see it coming before the reveal. I guess I would have been disappointed if it had been the other coach, but I wish the final plot twist had been better crafted.
