Hello Tomorrow!
(2023)

The life of the traveling salesman.
Truly an engaging show about the trials and tribulations of the life of a traveling salesman. It adds family dilemmas, and the interactions with other people on his sales team. The characters are quite realistic with their daily dilemmas, and how their life is lived in general. Can you make the sale? Will you breach company policy? Can you hook up with someone? Also it is set in a retro-future world which feels like the 1950s, but if there had been flying cars and people lived on the moon. Hopefully they will make another show like this in the hyborian age of Conan, where we can see salesmen selling time shares through an inter-dimensional portal to the realm of Crom. That way people who want to learn about how the life of a salesman are similar in real life, retro-future, or if it's your bag, fantasy worlds.

Gotham Knights
(2023)

First seasons are often lacking.
I'm upping my rating because I've felt episode to episode the quality is getting better, especially as the actors are becoming more comfortable with their characters and how the characters interact with each other. This 'multiverse' plot is interesting. I hope it makes it till season two so we really see where the quality goes. Sometimes it doesn't change, but sometimes you end up with a gem.

Also it will be interesting to see them when they finally are all geared up. Gotham is a dangerous place. A few bullet proof super suits will add to the legitimacy of the group, or we could even have one not get suited up and be the first to be killed off.

Ghosts: D&D
(2021)
Episode 8, Season 1

Disappearing Ghosts.
As you scroll down the cast list you can see the ghosts disappearing from episodes as the season moves forward, and sadly it's some funny Ghosts that are missing. Shame since this is the only comedy I am watching and I enjoy a good laugh.

Zack Snyder's Justice League
(2021)

Like a Flashpoint episode
I feel like I've just seen an alternate reality version of Justice League which would have been enthusiastically followed by Ben Affleck's Batman, Flashpoint Flash, and the expanded Justice League movie. Makes me ponder the difference between James Bond and Austin Powers.

The New Mutants
(2020)

Anticipation is making you wait...
I truly enjoyed this movie. Sad the sequel will most likely NEVER happen. Little horror, little superhero.

Kids in the Hall: Brain Candy
(1996)

Just rediscovered this offbeat Kids in the Hall classic
Saw this in the theaters first run having no idea who The Kids in the Halls were, and it's comedic weirdness still makes me laugh today! :-)

Motherless Brooklyn
(2019)

Highly Recommended
It was was a good detective story, the characters were interesting, the pace was good, and it was different.

Cloak & Dagger
(2018)

Good pacing, thoughtful scripting
This has entered the running against Legion as the favorite television superhero production. The characters are interesting, the story moves at a nice pace, and the traditional plot traps we see superhero show after show after show after show seem to be missing. The characters act reasonably intelligent in their environment and within the plot. Looking forward to Season 2.
