The Umbrella Academy
(2019)

So Boring and Dull
Seriously so boring and redundant, the characters are so weird and unlikeable, the person acting as Vanya is such a dull idiot, and the entire story is so lame and idiotic. There are hardly any superpowers to talk of and the story inches along. It is so badly made.

The Nine Lives of Chloe King
(2011)

An excellent, entertaining show
An excellent show with brilliant acting by all the characters. Amazing story plots. Lots of action and powerful, impactful fighting scenes. My only criticism is that the show ends off at a stupid cliffhanger and never continues again. But every episodes is grasping and wonderful to watch, very fun and entertaining. The ratings says it all. The haters seem to have a particularly irritating style of writing, like 'sound lame yet?' Uh, no it doesn't sound lame. It has an excellent story plot.

Supergirl
(2015)

A So-So Show that Could Have Better Execution and Acting
Things happen too fast. The proper amount of time needed to move from a realization to action is not given. The main character acting as SuperGirl is really lame, I don't like her acting and her brooding over herself. Aside for that, the sexist trash here claiming that there's so-called 'feminist propaganda' or some garbage is a complete lie. It's an innocent show trying to promote power in females, which has been long suppressed and yada yada I won't go into those details and story about female oppression over centuries of Earth's existence. The show is promoting power in females and if someone has an issue with it, clearly THEY are the sexist ones. Some people complained that any male character 'against' supergirl is made evil - anyone with a brain can guess why. To be against someone who stands for good makes one the opposite of good, naturally. Sexist people who can't stand female power are trying way too hard to down the show with lies and excuses. How about just enjoy the show like you would enjoy it if it were Superman? Why are you picking on it because it has a female lead? Can you not stand power from the species that creates you and your life?

Anyways, rant aside, the show itself could have been better if scenes were given more thought. Acting is not too well and it's not executed properly. Fight scenes are not impactful enough and sometimes supergirl is shown to be standing around like a moron during a fight. Something is just missing. I don't know why they did this. They were trying to show that at the start, she was just getting used to using her powers but they executed in a way that just made her seem lame.

Bonus is that Supergirl actually has muscles. Finally, an actor who bothers getting muscles for the shoot.

Knight Squad
(2018)

A Promising Story with Poor Execution
The idea/concept of this show, in which a princess has to transform herself into a knight to participate in knight school, is very promising. However, the show pretty much fails to deliver and execute itself properly. The acting is so lame, one doesn't even know when a character is joking or is serious. The scenes just go by too fast and there isn't any effort put into them. Mainly it is the poor acting and the poor execution and scripting that destroys a show that could have been really good, like The Thundermans or NRDD. Something about it is just failing. I expect more proper humour that makes one actually laugh, and more proper acting from the main actress herself, who does such a terrible job. Even some of the side actors are more talented than Ciara. Some of the dialogues can truly be cheesy and unfunny.

Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle
(2017)

Zathura much better than this
Aside for not even having enough of the game itself going on, it's not a decent children's film. So much perverted content cannot possibly be for decent viewers.

Jhansi Ki Rani
(2019)

Not too interestingly made
Not enough has been made, but so far it's really boring. Not interesting like the previous one.

Ek Veer Stree Ki Kahaani... Jhansi Ki Rani: Episode #1.480
(2011)
Episode 480, Season 1

Well-Made, but Actress doesn't seem too strong
Good, but not sure why Indian women can't be bothered to build muscles. Hell, you're doing the role of a strong and powerful warrior. Warriors have muscles. So go to the damn gym and build them for the sake of your role, or don't do the role. VJ Bani Judge should've done this role. Her powerful muscles would look awesome for the part of a warrior.

Karmaphal Daata Shani
(2016)

Very well made Shani show
Very well-made show and the main character acting as Shani is a really adorable child who has done excellent acting. Unfortunately, he's doing a terrible job in Chandragupta, with overacting and really irritating type of acting.

This show was very good, for the most part, most episodes are really interesting and you have to keep watching. The love between son and mother, brother and sister, are all very beautiful. Mostly all characters are very well-chosen and are doing a great job.

Chandragupta Maurya
(2011)

Very Good Chandragupta
This Chandragupta, unlike the latest one, was so good and accurate. The displayed Chandragupta's character very nicely, shown as a respectful disciple of Chanakya, and every episode was very interesting until he grew up. The actors are very well-chosen.

Mere Sai - Shraddha Aur Saburi
(2017)

Very Devotional but Boring
The show is good and full of beautiful devotion, but somehow they made it in a way that it is kind of boring. It's not that interesting to watch. It's way too slow. Interesting problems come up, but the execution is not too well. As a result, the show, overall, is kind of boring.

Kesari Nandan
(2019)

An excellent story about overcoming sexism in a disgusting society
The story is really good and the show is meant to show the disgusting ways in which 'females' are oppressed in India and in Indian rural societies that are highly patriarchal and disgustingly sexist. The show shows a young eight year old girl who is tough, bold, brave, strong both mentally and physically (FINALLY), and confident. She defies all sexism thrown at her and tries her best to prove that she is a human and has a right to human rights and the ability to do every single thing a human can do. She is set out to prove moronic and sexist men AND some sexist women that she can also wrestle and bring home the championship. The story is not just about wrestling, but all the other subtle and overt ways in which females are oppressed and tortured. A subtle example of sexism is how all the wives have to call the husband 'hukum sa' as if the husband is the order and the wife is the servant who obeys lmao. Overt sexism includes straight out telling a girl child she is not allowed to LEARN, to get a basic education, and to participate in sports and wrestling. I just hope the show continues to be good and gives the right message the right way. India, a third world country (and so for a very good reason), has a long way to go before it can even think about competing with other countries. A country where the female human is suppressed will always be doomed.

Ramayan
(1987)

The Most Excellent Series of History Ever Made
Ramanand Sagar's Ramayana is absolutely stunning and wonderful in every way. The acting, the scripting, the calm and peaceful pace at which life should run, is all included in this wonderful Ramayana. The actors have done such a good job that one can relate the real people of Treta Yuga to these characters and see them in the characters. The absolute height of religious and Godly devotion is portrayed with such utter perfection that no words can describe how wonderful the viewing experience is. It is a lengthy and detailed series with accurate information (for the most part, as can be assumed) and there are many episodes for one to enjoy.

Ralph Breaks the Internet
(2018)

Wonderful, Spectacular, Creative Movie
Ralph Breaks the Internet is such a wonderful, hilarious, creative movie with so much to enjoy. The same loveable characters are back with another adventure that is so enjoyable to watch. Nice play of emotions as well. A wonderful sequel to the equally wonderful original. Not at all dull or boring, but just as good as any excellently-made Disney movie. Those saying it was 'boring' have zero taste, because this was typically made like any Disney movie - fabulously. It was so refreshing and fun. Must watch for all.

The Loud House
(2015)

Great show with hilarious characters
Loud House is a great cartoon with a 90s vibe and illustrations and with great characters, all with different personalities. The idea of having 10 sisters is great and the way the main character interacts with all of them is interesting to watch. Entire episodes can be based off of each sister's life, as they are so creative in their own way.

My only criticism is that the sisters can be extremes. For example, if Lynn is sporty, she's ALWAYS sporty. If Lori likes texting, she's ALWAYS texting. Lana goes overboard and is outright disgusting. There's no middle ground.

Nanny McPhee
(2005)

Boring Story that had Potential
This story had potential but oh dear it is SO boring. The plot isn't even interesting. The idea of nanny mcphee is great but not well executed throughout the movie. It is not fully explained as to why the nanny's ugly traits disappear as the story goes on. Also, her participation in the movie isn't all that much as it could have been. It doesn't have the same type of charisma as mary poppins.

Bambi
(1942)

Classic and cute, but a bit boring
As a child, watching this would be very classic and cute. But as a young adult, this movie is really really boring, and slow paced, as Disney movies were back then. So it's a tough rating, but 7/10 is reasonable.

Nicky, Ricky, Dicky & Dawn
(2014)

Well-made Show with Great Characters
This show is absolutely well-made, with great characters with a variety of different personality types and excellent acting. Every character has their own charisma in this wonderful show, the scripting is good, the story plots are creative, and the overall feel of the show is homey, comfortable, and appealing. Well-made, great ideas, and watching the children grow is really cool. However, the tertiary characters, such as the friends of the main characters, could be more interesting.

Rise of the Guardians
(2012)

Wonderful, Sweet, Entertaining Movie
Rise of the Guardians is a very entertaining, sweet movie. It is very well animated, well made, with a great story and script and very likeable characters. The whole story flows together really well.

I Am Frankie
(2017)

Very Boring
The concept was good until they made it childish and moronic. It isn't good like the other shows on YTV, such as thundermans, nrdanddawn, etc.

Hotel Transylvania 2
(2015)

Ending of this movie is much better than the first half
At first, the beginning of the movie is plot-less and has no direction. It is confusing as to what the movie is trying to achieve. However, it is the ending of the movie that becomes much better in a final conclusion to the main plot, which becomes evident only later on. The movie could have been better and more in-depth for the main character, Mavis.

7/10

Monsters, Inc.
(2001)

Monsters Inc is an emotionally well-put together movie
Like all Disney/Pixar movies, Monsters Inc. manages to blend just the right amount of adventure with emotional character. The end of the movie brings tears to the eye with just one word. That is what makes Disney and Pixar so powerful. The movie is fun to watch, the plot flows well, and the characters have enough depth. Character relations are well-put together and creative.

8/10

Ride
(2016)

Boring, Dull, Doesn't Make Sense
A lame, boring show that doesn't make any sense, very repetitive and monotone with nothing new happening. Characters are really weird and the entire make of the show is so dull and boring, also because of the forced uniforms, one sees them in nothing else, no variety. Hard to catch on to a single, interesting plot, except that the girl keeps missing her horse. The characters are annoying, and the kid who was Max in Max and Shred was a lame actor in that show and is the same here as well. His role was only suitable in Max and Shred, because of his personality on the show, but as a regular person, he is very boring. Really weird cast and really pathetic, boring story. The only colours seen throughout are browns, greens, reds...the uniforms, grass, and horses. Something interesting could have easily be done with the idea of horses but all it shows is a girl repeatedly missing her horse. Doesn't seem like she does much to try to find the horse either.

Stuck in the Middle
(2016)

Had a good potential but choppy and mediocre acting makes it lame
Too childish, like most sitcoms on Disney Channel. Actors are trying to do a good job, but aren't, for the most part. They are mediocre. The show has good potential, but exercises it in a very juvenile way. Episodes don't keep you fully attended, because they're just so childish and simplistic. It is difficult to explain, as one would have to watch a much better sitcom, like some of the ones that appear on YTV. There is something about the acting, the way the scenes run, connect, etc., that makes this show a little dull and not that good. Makes it boring. It's the way scenes cut too fast and randomly skip to another random scene, instead of a smoother flow that can hold people's attention and make them feel grounded in the plot. A serious issue with most of the shows on Disney, which seem to lack proper editing and coordination, even though the actors are of a similar age to the ones in YTV sitcoms. It is as if this channel produces shows that are purposely stupid.

*5/10*

Cinderella
(2015)

Nothing new in this movie and very lame characters, but plot is alright
The trailers for this movie made the Cinderella seem extremely annoying and a really bad actress for the movie. However, the movie itself was not as bad. It is disappointing that it is just a remake of Cindrella with no other twists, turns, or interesting ideas. I'm not sure why so much money would be spent on a literal mimic of what's already been done. It could have been so much more interesting with an actual change of plot, etc. Also, the character choices were very bad, especially the fairy godmother. She was wearing disgusting, naked clothes that are inappropriate, the makeup wasn't even nice and soothing, but garrish. It's like they couldn't recreate them to look like the time they belong to, but instead, made them look like today's morons. Cinderella was an annoying character and the juvenile 'be kind, have courage' was also annoying, because it is not applicable in the world. This movie should have been new and different.

*6/10*

Descendants
(2015)

A Really Lame Movie that had a Lot of Potential
Descendants is a movie based on the children of four major, evil, villainous characters of Disney, and had great potential. However, it the worst movie I have ever seen. There was no development of all the things that could have happened, the great story plot that it could have been. Most of the story becomes very lame and boring 'school' experiences the villains' children have, and is uninteresting throughout. There could have been huge schemes and subplots to make this complicated, but it was basic and dull, like mostly all movies that air on Disney Channel. Again, for some reason, it seems that the shows and movies on Disney Channel are all strangely lame.

The character choices for the villains' children was terrible. Only the Aladdin one was suitable, and no one else. The daughter of the evil witch from Snow White was very annoying, and so was the other boy. A bad character choice, an extremely boring storyline, and terrible songs for the most part.
