Explained: Royalty
(2021)
Episode 2, Season 3

They kinda went off topic
If they wanted to make a episode about slavery just make one about slavery, like half the episode was about slavery and not monarchies/royalty.

Dark
(2017)

Insane storytelling
This show has so many good plot lines, so many well rounded characters yet so few episodes it's insane. It reminded me of the early seasons of game of thrones. The way they did still blows my mind. And to think that this is a german production makes it even better for me as a European. it just kind of hits closer to home.

Der kleine Eisbär
(2001)

Masterpiece
Yes I'm nostalgic so what, i still love it. I would recommend it to everyone

Daybreak: MMMMMMM-HMMMMMM
(2019)
Episode 4, Season 1

Good humor
Some very good humor in this one. The show doesn't take itself too seriously and that's great. It makes a ton of reverences to other media and I like it. This can't really be compared to the walking dead or other shows of that kind. So trying to do so

Dokutâ Sutôn: King of the Stone World
(2019)
Episode 2, Season 1

Fun
It's a pretty fun series. But how tf did a highschooler one hit a full grown lion.

Colony: Free Radicals
(2017)
Episode 7, Season 2

Still good
The show is going strong. I'm very much enjoying it. Press F for doggo tho

Another Life: A Mind of Its Own
(2019)
Episode 5, Season 1

It's a comedy
After science and dialogue left the room there was barely anything holding this thing together. But even the continuity in the show itself is gone now. Wasn't it 2 episodes ago that they encountered a alien protein that could kill them? And what's the first thing they do now? Eat stuff they find walk around without helmets on. The team of writers behind this show are something special alright.

Another Life: Nervous Breakdown
(2019)
Episode 3, Season 1

Fanfiction
Literally nobody on board is qualified to do anything. There is a "farmer guy" who doesn't sterilize himself when coming from a alien planet. There is a "astrobiology guy" who just injects weird alien stuff into himself. like what are they even thinking

Another Life: Hello
(2019)
Episode 10, Season 1

What a mess
The physics didn't make sense. The characters didn't make sense. Mental health is one of the most important things in long term spaceflight and these people collapse in on them selves after half a day. And who would bring high heels and a leather pants to space what is happening.

I treated this as a comedy after the 30 minute mark and had some fun after that.

Another Life
(2019)

As a physics student I was traumatised
Well I personally love sci-fi shows because of the science they fictionalize. But this, this didn't follow the laws of physics at all. Litterally everything was incorrect. Apart from that, the characters in the spaceship didn't feel like they were professionals fit to make contact with a alien species AT ALL. Someone give the writers a reality check wtf

Designated Survivor: #truthorconsequences
(2019)
Episode 10, Season 3

Don't see the hate here
I see a lot of comments on the show being left leaning etc. but didn't notice any of that while watching season 3. Only if I really paid attention to these things I started to notice them. Sure i was bummed out that some characters were dropped and not even mentioned, and I was kinda freaked out by the big gay sex scene. But none of those things really broke the show for me. These last episodes linked the different storylines together and set up quite an exciting season 4. I hope to see a strong centrist theme in season 4 and I am really looking forward to it.

I Am Mother
(2019)

Like a good meal that leaves a weird after taste.
This whole movie was really fun and well made, visually very cool movie. The ending gave me a mixed feeling and I'm pretty sure that a gunshot so close to a newborn would make him deaf for life.

Why kill the big bad AI?? Can't they use it to repopulate earth and make infrastructure. And have the manpower to educate 60000 embryo's. Or use it to manufacture certain goods and tools. It was very symbolic and all but for someone who spend her life "looking after the greater good" it's weird to throw a advantage like that out the window. That's litteraly my only comment on the movie though, the things it set out to do were done well and this was just a afterthought.

Dope
(2017)

give it a shot
I mean sure the stories might be fake, and maybe the characters are fake. But whatever, it was entertaining and that's why I have Netflix.

Black Mirror: Rachel, Jack and Ashley Too
(2019)
Episode 3, Season 5

Not black mirror ish but fun
I watched it and really liked it, it might not have that same black mirror feeling, but that shouldn't stop anyone from having a good time.

Game of Thrones: The Iron Throne
(2019)
Episode 6, Season 8

I liked it
I really liked it, I didn't like the way things went for the past 3 episodes but in my opinion they stuck the landing. Don't let the negativity lead you on, try to enjoy watching it and if not so be it.

District 9
(2009)

Holds up well
Since the movie came out 9 years ago the CGI has aged suprisingly well. I wished there was a sequel by now.

Love, Death & Robots: Ice Age
(2019)
Episode 16, Season 1

Great episode with some sloppy writing
I loved the whole idea behind it. But the reaction of the 2 actors to the fact that they have a whole civilization living in their fridge was really unrealistic.
