I have read the book and the adaptation leaves a lot to be desired.

Kareena Kapoor instead of looking vulnerable and frightened citing the premise of where the movie is going looks anything but that.

The very twist in the movie is so muddled that it doesn't address what it needed it to be and that makes movie fall flat.

Vijay Verma I think is too over rated , so let's much so he creates his own character than Whats needed.

That said I have only given 5 stars cos of Jaideep , he Nails the character right from the book to script with all the nuances needed.

Feel bad for him cos the director went on a different path altogether when u have such a beautifully written book with everything then why try your own stunts.

If you have read the book then see it - if not then it's a very muddled movie for you.

Why ???? And then there's a part 2 ..... people die and live and die and live only wish they could get Paul back as well.

Blowing up the Vatican ???? Who comes with these stories and where do they get these bombs and then blowing up a dam ?

Forget the cars blowing up - the collateral damage of seeing this movies with a brain is astounding....:

I won't be surprised that the next part even Jesus would be resurrected in the movie not to be blasphemous but it's nothing but a video game honestly ....:

Seen only one episode and can't understand the bashing it's getting ? You have to see it from the point of view of the character and how fame empowers them and makes them vulnerable as well.

Once they have achieved that level of fame to hold onto it and the insecurities that come with it are highlighted ..... forget the sex part - just shows how many people are ready to pull u down and how many actually care ....

Lily depp nails it and looks gorgeous ..... weekend needs to work on his acting chops.

HBO keeps it grandeur and in a big scale .... Don't understand what people are looking for - the title says it all ..... she's the idol which every teenage girl looks upto and end of the day she's human with all her flaws and that's what it tries to deliver ....

Terrific and astounding, one of the best spy series ever , it's not your James Bond or Jason Bourne but has more intelligence wrapped around it.

The lead cast is perfect and delivers but it's the writing and the script which is the champion here.

It's a must watch , just hope there's a season 3.

Holliday Grainger is so darn pretty and a compelling actress , it's a pity she's not in mainline big budget movies as the lead , she can easily take over from where Rachel weiz left.

Hollywood needs some good British talent and she's the perfect choice.

The show is not political but more how the world actually works , Edward Snowden started it but that was like a decade ago so imagine where the technology is now and the show gives it to you.

How do U spend 20 years on research and change history ? Prithviraj was injured in the battle and 'CHETAK" his horse took him to safety and then on he was given his kingdom back but was beheaded for treason trying to take on Ghori again. Not the heroics they show and try to emulate Russel crowes Gladitor ...... Akshay doesn't exude the persona needed - sunny Deol - who was originally planned would have been perfect had 20 years of rubbish research not taken place.

Music is not up to YRF and neither is the eye for detail that Sanjay Leela Bhansali shows.

All in u appreciate the effort but realize that's about it cos they muddle everything else up.

Only Jaideep seems like he knows acting in this, sonali bendre and Shriya pilgaonkar are pathetic to say the least.

The script is all over the place and shriya keeps changing loyalties like it's the moral code and then she goes harping about integrity - too funny.

Alhwat is good but the rest are so bad and show just goes down the drain , luckily each episode is 30 minutes so u can fast forward the crap.

They have made media looks so lodpsided I feel bad for our real news channels for once.

Nostalgic, no cgi , astounding sound track - citing the original is kept and a solid visual appeal.

It ticks all the boxes you want from an entertainer and Mr. Cruise never disappoints.

He's such a good actor it's a pity that besides being the box office king for 4 decades now they have shunted him at the Oscar's.

Theres enough of joy and brilliance for everyone and the dog fights are absolute cinematic marvels citing there's no computer at work here .....

Best movie of the year so far.

The director and cinematographer are all out promoting the desert and the barron aspect of it that they forgot there is a movie to be made.

It drags on and and on to nothingness - a story which shld have taken 20 minutes goes on forever.

Feel bad if Anil kapoors son - forget getting to act - they have him 5 lines - how is he supposed to ever prove that he can act or I reckon he can't hence the 5 lines lol.

Netflix is digging its own grave with this crap.

It's really well made and you do feel bad for Pamela , for all the fame and adulation - she didn't deserve the leak of the tape .... shows you the other side of the story as well and the greaviance she went through .....

She's so good and the way she dives into the characters makes it brilliant , won't say much lest I spoil it for someone but a fast paced thriller, saw it in one shot.

Saw one episode and was very tacky - might pick up but was so bad ..... Dia mirza was nice and rajat Kapur reliable as usual - the rat try too hard and it shows .... Don't have the patience to watch anymore.

I hadn't seen the original nor knew anything about the story or back ground.

Just went to IMAX cos it was playing and nothing else was.

Always wondered why Hans Zimmer couldn't do Tenet - now I know - the detail of the sound with each scene and the way the movie is shot left me with goose bumps wanting it never to end inspite of it being long.

Can't wait for the next one - see it alone for Hans Zimmers back ground score if you have to ..... after ages enjoyed a movie specially as Bond was such a let down.

As a movie it's ok ..... as a Bond movie it is utter rubbish ..... this isn't Ian Flemings James Bond but a Bond made of the pseudo intellectual directors who want to reinvent him ..... hell make a spy thriller is u want but why ruin everything BoNd has been for almost 60 years ..... disaster of a born flick .....:

3 stars only given for parineeti, she's decent , the rest are half baked. The direction and screenplay is al over the place, the English movie itself didn't do justice to the book but this takes the book to the gutter ..... really really bad.

Everytime a director who's given epic movies one after the other reaches a point where he indulges himself in search of a cinematic marvel. Raju Hirani does just that. Had made this movie without it being called a biopic it would have been another great movie but this a biopic but not a fictional account supposedly??? But they take fictional cinematic liberties as it pleases the, and u end up with a mix of fictionalised rea events whatever that means.

Ranbir is epic, Paresh Rawal and Vicky Kaushal are marvellous, the rest are ok .

Certain snippets have been added to provide humor to an otherwise drab tale which you know everything of already and wonder what the director is trying to achieve. They have proclaimed that the have not tried glorify Sanju and end up doing just that. By the time - which takes forever and the movie ends you end up realising its more of a propaganda film to show he's not a terrorist than actually showing his life really.

His career is never mentioned, his wives - Richa and Rhea and his close affairs also are not even mentioned albeit when he claims he has slept with 350 women. His very friend in the movie is supposedly a caricature of all his friends roled up into one - go figure.

Music is non existent and the rest of the support in the technical department is also just ok.

The movie is not bad when seen as a movie and not a biopic , but when it is helmed by a stalwart like Hirani who's says it's a biopic then you expect a "Gandhi" and nothing else from one of India's arguably best directors.

Watch only if your a Ranbir fan.

One word - Salman Khan.... the man can do no wrong ans u gotta see the movie as a mass entertainer and your gonna love it. Don't try to hack into cinematic perfection here.

Enjoy the action , glamour and visual that are astoundingly lovely.

Bobby Deol and Anil Kapoor are equally superb in their respective roles and are gonna walk away with maximum kudos. Bobby has never looked better and more chiselled , he really looks like a Greek god in this flick.

Songs specially selfish has been done so well and looks the most visually appealing with Ladakhs beauty being exploited totally.

Direction could have been a tad better citing the taut script with constant twists.

The rest of the cast is strictly ok , but Saqib does impress with a short role.

Over all it's fun and a thrilling ride to sit back and enjoy yourself in a world of high glamour and style.

It's a good one time watch with some scenes which are down right hilarious but the rest fall flat.

I give it a 5 but 2 additional points only for Statham , every time he's on , you simply crack up.

Jude law is decent.

McCarthy overdoes it in parts.

Byrne is superb.

Action scenes are overdone with forced humour infused in though. It's an OK spoof lady jamesbondish attempt.

Over all time pass.
