Robin's Wish
(2020)

A chance to know the man we only heard, saw and loved.
The honesty which the filmmakers have applied is amazing to see, also I really learned dome nicest of the techniques in documentary filmmaking. We loved Robin, and you will like this nice tribute the lovable man as well.

Chaman Bahaar
(2020)

Small film, Big message.
This film touches the sensitive issue in a comic form yet it manages to convey the serious message without being melodramatic. Jeetu Bhaiya is amazing. He totally gets into the skin of the character, and most importantly he's totally different from his other recent characters that we have seen in Shubh Mangal & Panchayat. This movie is must watch cause of the message it conveys in a very subtle way.

Panchayat
(2020)

Loved it.
I too live in village, and I totally connected with every single thing about this one. Beautiful, realistic and most importantly original.

Extraction
(2020)

Finally, an original Netflix film is good enough to sit through
My two favorite actor in Chris Harmsworth, and Randeep Hooda shines in this film with the great support from Golshifteh Darshanik and Rudraksh Jaiswal, even Priyanshu Painyulli was decent, I am saying decent because I've seen him do better. Action sequences are just the way they are supposed to be although one can say there's nothing new in the story, because there's enough source material go make a film like just by watching Die Hard series, but it doesn't affect the film but instead helped it cause the audience have felt the same emotions before too. Watch it for the well crafted Acton sequences, and all the bloodflow if you are a fan of it.

Hasmukh
(2020)

Random, Weird, Dard, and less Funny. Intresting Plot, bad execution.
A show about stand-up doesn't have enough jokes, some of them are really nice, but some you have heard through Whatsapp forward over the years. Ranvir Shorrey and Vir Das bond was the thing that I watched it till the end. TBH I expected more that is why all the reviews are from people who got disappointed yet I will call it as good watch, not great through. In the end, I just the feel the writers couldn't do justice with an interesting plot.

Sex Education
(2019)

Intriguing, Intresting, and much needed. It's about all of us.
Well sex is sensitive topic that has been used in the entertainment industry various different reasons other than actually educating about it. Obviously we would have bored if it was only about sex education, but the show is about a lot more than that. I also loved the way narrative progress with dealing issues simultaneously, and it's difficult to create something where audience feels connected with each character.

All the performances are nice, and the good thing is that no one stands out because all the actors are natural, and remain true to their characters.

This show is written with lot of brilliance, and lot of research, and specially with the writing you don't feel anything is forced onto you. Not a single line is metaphorical instead it was direct and simple, just the way sex education should be.

Music is something you can't ignore in this series which really helps you to fall in love with the story.

I felt satisfied with the ending of Second season, and I will wait for next season if it is coming, but if it doesn't, I don't mind because I am already thankful.

Seven Years in Tibet
(1997)

Not just for a movie buff, but for everyone.
First of all this movie is really long, but they also had to so much in it, and considering it they did a great job. The story is beautiful, and the journey of these two men is something worth knowing. You will certainly be inspired to be a better version of yourself. Performances are nice, and so is the writing, and way it has been portrayed on screen really looks beautiful.

Village Rockstars
(2017)

Not a must watch but you SHOULD WATCH.
It has everything as the great Pathar Panchali. The bond shown between a mother and daughter is something I really loved . This film is about so many things that you may or may not be able to see, but giving it a chance won't be a problem. Cinematography is amazing, so is the art and the way filmmaker uses the natural sounds in the film makes it really come into life. This film is 1h36m long, but it definitely felt much longer than that, but I guess that's the way film is suppose to be watched, and I don't regret it.

Taj Mahal 1989
(2020)

Pure Gold.
What is love? I think we all know what it is, but we just don't accept it. Also one good thing about this series is that it ends with episode 7, there is no waiting for season 2 which I prefer. First 2-3 episodes are little slow in trying to establish the characters by breaking the 4th wall which goes really well with the narrative of this series. There are lot of moments when you can pause for a moment, and appreciate the great writing behind it. It really picks you from the 2nd episode until Mumtaj dies, and that wad hard to absorb. But the filmmaker then starts to get you where he wanted you to be. There are lot of quotes from the film which I am gonna keep close to my heart. Friendship and Love are same thing.

She
(2020)

Intriguing, Intresting, Good watch during Quarantine.
This web series deals with crime and sex, and you are gonna like both of them. Aditi Pahankar is amazing with her, her eyes speaks when her mouth doesn't. I like the dialogues as well.

Okja
(2017)

Beutiful, bold and Introspective.
It's amazing the film is filled different kind of emotions, there is black comedy, there is sweet comedy, there is real romance betweens this girl and this animal, there are Gandhians in the form of ALF guys, Than their is us. I couldn't decide who the real villain is. This movie makes you introspect. I loved every moment of this film. From now it's going to be one of my favorite.

Bharat
(2019)

A good family entertainer.
Salman khan fans will surely love this one, not like they hate any of his films. Sunil Grover does a great job. The film is filled with cute jokes, some romantic music and it takes you on a journey of this beautiful nation. It would be a sin to compare the legendary Forest Gumo with this, but little bits in this film reminded me of Forest Gump. Bharat's journey is a total fantasy and it needs to be enjoyed in the same manner.

All the Bright Places
(2020)

Beautiful, yet disappointed with the climax.
I loved the film until it reached the climax, for me they could've done it the other where she saves him while he tries to commit suicide. That's a personal choice, director had his own , we respect that bit I would have preferred the other way. Performances are nice. Depression is real. I really loved some of the lines in the film that just makes wanna stop everything and think. Too Young to burn.

Up in the Air
(2009)

Highly recommended
The actors, the story, the dialogues, the cinematography, the direction everything can be described in two words, which are beautiful and charming.

Jai Mummy Di
(2020)

A good family entertainer. A Good watch.
I don't understand the ratings and reviews. Some films are just meant to be timepass and this film is like that. Very light film with no over emotional lines and mood. I liked the film throughout and actually laughed at some points and overall a film.is a good watch.

Angry Indian Goddesses
(2015)

Films that you need
I loved the premise of the film, it could have gone anywhere from there, and they have actually gone somewhere you don't expect them too, that's what makes the film intresting. This films deals with lot of issues with a very subtle tone until it becomes dark just like it needs to be. Screenplay is fast. Performances are good. Pan Nalin did a good job.

Kaafiron Ki Namaaz
(2013)

Must Watch Black Comedy
I am personally a big fan of Black comedies , and when I saw this one I couldn't be more sad about the fact why have I not watched it before. This films have some funny takes on the most serious issues of this nation, which is gonna make you laugh and sad . Different ideologies of different people in our nation meets and you'll see what will happen. Better to just trust me see this without knowing much about .

BoJack Horseman
(2014)

Sometimes Animation sucks but Not this Show.
Sometimes I laugh, Sometimes I cry. Sometimes the show makes you think about lot of stuff around you. Sometimes it is totally weird yet feels so connected. Sometimes it is so hard to take in , Sometimes it makes you day. Take Sometime to watch this one Or you're gonna regret it sometime. 🙂

Yeh Ballet
(2020)

Inspiring and pacy
I personally love this genre of nobody becoming something. This movie has some of the nicest performances in both ballet and acting. I loved the music and flow of the screenplay. Dialogues are natural and they have picked the "Mumbai" tone rightly. Kudos to everyone associated with the film.

Jojo Rabbit
(2019)
